Received batteries. No instructions as to whether the batteries need to be fully charged before use - which we did - or wait until they are fully discharged, then charge them.They don't seem to last long at all in our walkie talkies. Battery indicator shows the batteries going low within a very short time - with no use- around an hour. Thing is- the indicator shows low battery yet they still work well! 3 mile distance in the mountains and still reception. So ................not sure what to think. Don't like being out in the woods with a low life battery/ May need to run it out before I do any more of this review.Update: Batteries are GREAT! My walkie talkies show low battery when they are NOT! It took about 10 hours of scanning 22 channels to make the battery dead.This company is AWESOME! Customer service is top notch! Quality and service! Thank you!!

One battery did not hold a charge.
I charged both batteries and tried to use them in my walkie talkies. One worked great, the other died after about 3 minutes of use. As another reviewer stated, WE, the consumer, are the quality assurance testers![Update 10/25/2019] The seller contacted me about my non-working battery and sent me a new one free of charge. The new battery works fine. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

The product received was exactly as ordered. Received when promised. Batteries were used for 2-way radios and work perfectly. Price was very reasonable.

1 of the 2 batteries does not work, will not take a charge. No answer at the customer support number. Its not worth the time and energy to return this item. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

Perfect Replacement
Replaced 12-year-old batteries in a walkie talkie set. Placed on charger base just like new.

They fit and work. Don't know about longevity or battery life yet, but I'm sure they are fine. They fit in a set of walkie talkies I had from years ago, so I'm happy.
