I never thought to include heartburn gum in a gift basket for an expecting mom, but now that I've walked the road, it is an essential. In the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy, after battling with the worst heartburn and acid reflux since the end of the 2nd trimester, i found these Alka-Seltzer gums, and i am so happy i bought it. I went from no sleep at night when my heartburn and reflux was the worst, to several hours of undisturbed sleep. Pros: 1. They taste minty, but not overpowering. 2. The value for your money is great, as it comes with several sleeves and you don't need to eat many to see results. 3. The ingredients are safe and easy to digest for pregnant women who are so very vulnerable. Cons: 1. Perhaps some would agrue that when you first bite into it there is a bit of an ashy taste that you have to get through. It didn't bother me much, as it didn't leave an aftertaste and was the only product that was able to calm my volcanic stomach acids. I highly recommend!!

My family really likes this because it works great. No need to have water and wait for the tablet to dissolve.Easy to keep in purse,car and available when you need it but best of all it works fast. They took it off the market a while back and we bought whatever we could find. Now its back and better than ever.

Knocks down acid indigestion quickly so a great product for me. Hard to find in local stores. Think the price is too high.

Awesome immediate upset stomach relief

A quick relief right when I need it. It's easy to chew and even tastes good. The pack is a good value and has plenty to last. Each gum is the perfect size.

Interesting concept. Its gum with a outer layer of Tums like substance. Gums actually good. Unsure how i feel about the outer coating. It is what it says so 5 stars. Fast shipping. Did help with my GERDS!
