I was thrilled to find this dish, because it fits an 8oz. block of cream cheese perfectly. My dog has to take medication twice a day and the only way to avoid a wrestling match is to hide it in a ball of cream cheese. Since I use a small amount, the cream cheese lasts through several doses and the box starts to fall apart, and it's by no means air tight. This makes food storage safer. This works great. The seal is tight, to the point of being able to pick it up just by holding on to the lid. But, its also easy to use because a little tug on the lid removes it easily. The plastic is heavy duty and a better quality than I expected for the reasonable price. I'd highly recommend it.

I loved this more than I thought I would! It fits a Kerry gold butter. I love how it seals the edges of the top to the bottom creating an air tight seal.

This fits the large sticks of butter perfectly! Great quality and washes up nicely.

Seems very sturdy. I ordered this one for wider sticks of butter as it is wider than the ones that hold just one stick of butter. The lid fits tightly so it will take 2 hands to take off the clear plastic lid as it seems to be a tight fit because of the rubber seal. It is definitely air tight. I’ll make an update after using it for a few weeks. I included a video and snap shot.

I love room temp softened butter. I like to keep it on the counter, ready for toast, bagels and buttering pans. I’ve had ceramic crocks, and used plastic food containers and those are messy, hard to keep airtight and always a chance of breakage. This butter keeper is weighty, the cover seals with no effort and it is easy to clean. Have an extra in my cart right now, though I think this one will last forever. Love.

Durable. I was specifically looking for a non-slip butter dish, and this one does it perfectly.
