This is great stuff nad been using it for twenty years in and on my boat....

I have a 1981 Johnson 4.5 HP outboard. Water stopped coming out of the hole that indicates proper water flow through the engine. I replaced the complete water pump assembly and there was no change. So I bought Salt Terminator to flush the engine. The instructions on the jug say a mixer is required. I didn't have one and anyway this engine won't accept flushing muffs. So I filled the 20 gallon bucket I use for flushing with fresh water after taking the boat out in salt water and added this stuff in the ratio required. I ran the motor for about 10 minutes with no change. So I left the engine to soak with the flushing solution in the motor for a few hours. Then upon starting water started coming out of the hole in a strong steady stream just like it is supposed to. Though the jug did not mention soaking it did the trick. I thought I would need to start taking the engine apart to clean the water passages but this stuff worked so I didn't have to. I am truly impressed. I will be using Salt Terminator on a regular basis from now on when doing regular maintenance.

I use this salt terminator on all of my fishing equipment, boat and boat motor. I does a great job neutralizing and/or removing the salt leaving my equipment clean and ready for storage until the next use. No corrosion or salt build-up. I purchased an attachment to affix to a hose for washing salt off the boat trailer. Using the salt terminator seems to do a really good job getting the salt off the springs and wheels much better than using only fresh water from the hose. I will continue to use it.

I rinse both the main and the kicker motors after every trip on the water. Going out in the salt water is hard on motors. My mechanic tells me every year he can’t believe how clean the internal water passages are. Compared to the price of a new motor, CRC Salt Terminator Engine Flush is a very small price to pay.

This stuff works great. I flush my inboard with this every chance I get. It helps keep corrosion out of my engine. I’ve also sprayed it on my stainless rails just to help prevent failure due to corrosion at the welds. Anywhere salt builds up, this will help neutralize it. I am a loyal customer.
