This flour is awesome. Very easy to work with. Tastes is so good. Will definitely be buying several more bags. The only gripe I have is that it needs to be sealed better when shipped, my was all intact but I read reviews where others were not so lucky.

I am not professional bread baker, but with the prices of flour I was so happy to find this flour! It makes a beautiful loaf, and the price is great.

I love this flour! No issue with the product in general. However Amazon sent my flour order in the same box as Tide liquid laundry detergent and an order of essential oils, which both have heavy scents. (!) my flour pack smells like essential geranium oil. :( Would have preferred to have all of my food, particularly flour which comes in paper packaging, sent separately (at least in a separate box!)
