My X-Chair X2 (almost $2k) gave out after about 5 years in the seat and caused hip problems. Saw these and the reviews and grabbed one for about 85% LESS than the X-Chair. They weigh in at around 50 lbs so that means a solid and reliable feeling platform and quality materials. * The shipping On time. Arrived in a VERY sturdy box (great, given the weight). The contents were very neatly compartmentalized in some sort of padded silver protectors which felt very high-end. Everything was well protected. * The assembly: All the instructions and labeling were very clear and simple and in easy to read non-translated ENGLISH. All the hardware was neatly packaged and organized and they even included one extra of each screw size just in case. An easy to use tool, also included was all that was needed to assemble. Total time to get it done was about 20 minutes and only takes one person. The instructions even incorporate the sturdy shipping box in the instructions to hold the seat in place while attaching the back, eliminating the 2-man job requirement. Awesome! All the hardware is heavy duty. Solid, reassuring. * Functionality and comfort: A+. There is no perfect chair and I own Hermann Miller and of course, the X-chair this GABRYLLY replaced and understand that there is no "perfect" chair for most people. But this thing comes very close for me, especially at this price point. Super comfortable, and adjusts just fine for my needs. I'm a guitar teacher and also spend most of my other time sitting at my computer getting work done and running the business of my music studio, so LOTS of chair time. Being a guitar teacher, having the ability to rotate the armrests out of the way allow me to play and teach sitting down without the arms getting in the way of the guitar. Bonus. * Looks: The lines on this chair are very nice. A combination of sporty and classy and luxury all at the same time. Super happy with the looks and the color. * Also: I'm sure the casters supplied are of the same high caliber as far as sturdiness and roll-ability as the as the other chair components, but I always use "Office Oasis" rollers on my chairs because no matter what the chair, these wheels take any chair to another level. Plus they look really nice and come in different colors. * Bottom Line: If you're in the market for an office or gaming or guitar chair, save yourself some time and money and just get this chair while it's still available. Best office chair I've ever purchased. It easily adjusts for a short person like myself. I'm 5 ft and I'm able to slide the back rest forward so it supports my back & hips really well. I've even shared the link with one of my coworkers because she was looking for an an affordable comfortable chair. I live in a hot climate so I was looking for breathable material vs vinyl. I also am very happy with the style. I opted for the cream color which is a slightly warm soft vanilla color. I'm extremely happy & would order this chair again. Oh, and GABRYLLY also offers replacement wheels that work excellent on carpet. Just reach out to their customer service. Five stars for sure!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I did months of research on what is now my fourth chair since 2020 WFH. Not only has going the cheap-chair route ruined my back but I have sciatic nerve issues and really needed my next purchase to be a better choice. I read all the reviews on this chair and the one that convinced me was the person who said this chair helped alleviate their back pain as soon as they sat down. I was nervous that it might not fit me, since I am only 5’1” but I was willing to take a chance, because I felt customer service would be able to help customize the chair enough that it fit me. Well! Let me tell you, when I opened the box and saw the parts, I was blown away! Firstly, all the parts are quality, finely machined and the finish and color is really polished, not cheap at all! Naturally, the wood appearance is not really wood, but it does look really nice, even close up. Zero noise after it was all put together! But the best part of all is it has a tall, medium, or short assembly for the seat! See my pictures! That way the seat is not clipping the circulation at the back of my knees! My feet are flat on the floor when the seat is low and if I lift the seat all the way up, my feet sit very comfortably on the foot rests on the chair frame. I don’t recall this mentioned in any reviews or in the chair’s description but it should! That is huge! It’s a customization you don’t get with many chairs at this price point. I hope this chair is one step in the layers of improvements I'm making towards healing my poor nerves. I’m very pleased with my purchase, it wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t the most expensive either. I know this is my last chair for years to come!

I’ve been using this chair for a while now and overall I’m happy with the purchase. The build quality is solid, and the chair feels sturdy and well-made. One of the highlights has been the excellent customer support. A special shout-out to Winnie, who was very helpful and responsive. The company even sent additional wheels and a lumbar support cushion, which was greatly appreciated. The seat cushion is comfortable, but it can feel warm during extended sitting sessions. My biggest concern is the seat depth. For taller users or those with longer legs, the seat could definitely be deeper. Once the lumbar support is installed, the usable seat depth becomes even more limited. Despite these drawbacks, the chair offers good comfort, quality, and outstanding customer service. If the manufacturer could increase the seat depth and improve airflow to reduce heat buildup, this would be an excellent chair. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it, especially for users of average height.

I absolutely love this chair. Now I don't know why I waited so long to purchase it. I've had it for a week, and so far I've spent up to 8 hours nonstop working without a single pain in my hips or lower back. Even the burning I used to experience between my shoulders no longer happens. The assembly is so easy with correct instructions and hardware that even this 72-year-old woman put it together herself. My only minor disappointment is that the armrests don't swivle upward; however, they do shift up and forward, so there's really no issue in positioning the chair under my desk.

Search elsewhere for a better chair. I bought this in September 2025 and by January 2026 I began having lower back pain like I have never had before. I was out of the office for a week and my back pain disappeared, only to have it return after a few days back in office. Switched back to my old chair and my back has returned to not being sore after my work day. Full transparency I am 6’5” 300lbs, but in decent shape on that frame. This is advertised as a 400lb chair, but It might be better for a more average sized person. The narrow frame also hits the outer edge of the hammy’s and the fabric is not comfortable on the skin if you like to wear shorts while you work (remote work dress code 😉).

This is the most supportive and all inclusive office chair I have owned. It has several different sctions that adjust to make sure it fits your size comfortably (bottom seat, arm rests, head rests, height, reclining). It was very easy to put together. I put it together by myself in 30 minutes. The directions were very clear and included several tips that made it easier. I love the head rest and the foot rest features, adds another level of comfort and stretch when working. It reclines smoothly and being able to lock into a reclining position makes it nice when wanted.

Im a very tall person and this chair has been the best for me. Its highly adjustable and comfortable especially in the summer times. It was so good my dad sat in once and decided he needed one too. 10/10 tall people represent
