This is the best brown sugar substitute I’ve tried so far. I originally started using it while I was on a cut and wanted to make lower-calorie desserts, and it quickly became something I used almost every night. It works really well in baking, and I’ve also used it in coffee. It gives me the brown sugar flavor I’m looking for without a weird aftertaste, which has been an issue for me with some other sugar substitutes.

The taste is great, there’s no aftertaste other than sweetness. It’s is just like brown sugar in texture (see photo). Love it and I have purchased it again. I am diabetic so I was looking for a sugar replacement and this is perfect. Hope you will try it too.

This is the best keto brown sugar I've had that actually tastes and works like the real thing. I've looked for keto/sugar free alternatives for many years and this is the best I've found. The texture (a bit moist) and smell are right on as well. Like the real thing it's important to seal it well. The zip lock on the bag quit working so I used a plastic bag gadget that tightly slides on the folded bag. Unfortunately that great flavor might be mostly due to "Natural Flavors", as Bob Parrish (Bob Approved app) says, "the worst lie in the grocery store." Thus the 4 vs 5 star rating.

I wasn’t a fan of this product. The texture and appearance is very good but it has a funky taste. I wanted it to use in oatmeal. Maybe it would be better in baked goods. The strange flavor would probably be less prominent.
