The first one we received wasn't working properly, but the replacement is great! It does take a little getting used to, but well worth it! This is a hit at poker night and find myself sending people a link, so they can get their own!

Myself and a group of older friends get together and play UNO. But when it was one’s turn to shuffle and deal it was to some of us an unpleasant but necessary chore. After researching available automatic card shuffler/dealers I ordered this one for our group. The smooth quiet operation of the unit pleased us and quickly added to everyone’s enjoyment. During an evening of play one of the button remotes suddenly wasn’t working. I contacted the seller by email and received an unexpectedly quick reply. Upon hearing about the issue I was promised a replacement button. Two days later I received not ONE button but four to offset my inconvenience. A quality product followed by true customer service is a rare delight these days.

Works pretty good most of the time. When a deck of cards starts getting older from use, the cards will stick when dealing, so it will deal 2 cards at a time. Also when shuffling older cards, they stick as well. New cards work great.

I am extremely pleased with the ZechnoX shuffler-dealer. It adds a 'fun' aspect with the remote buttons that are used to request a card from the deck. There is also the added benefit that it is always pointing to the last person to get a card, for those times when you forget whose turn it is. :-) It is easy to program (#people,#cards, etc) and runs for hours on a single charge.

This is a lot of fun. We love it.

Mine likes to deal multiple card at a time quite often. Everything else seems to work the way it is supposed to.

Awesome product and great fun to use. Customer service is incredible!! After having a deal issue with unit and past Amazon return date I contacted seller to explain problem. They responded immediately. The seller said not to worry and they had my back and sent me a complete new unit shipped at no cost to me (2 years warranty) I highly recommend this seller and will definitely buy from them again. Now all my card playing friends want one as well.

Makes game night so much more fun!! It is great for playing with kids I’m not stuck dealing every time. Worth the price tag
