I am pleased with this bee bread. It is a chewy soft texture, not much taste or smell which is good. I sprinkle a little on my breakfast cereal everyday. No idea if it is effective but doesn’t seem to be doing any harm.

The packet arrived on time and very well closed. This ambrosia looks original, no smell, hardly any taste. The packet is small, but can be re-sealed to keep the ambrosia fresh. The ambrosia itself is of great consistence, soft on touch and all different shapes, indeed like its in the hive. I believe that it is strong, so I just took 2 pieces for now. Will see how it goes as effect. At the moment can offer my pictures for you to see how it all looks like. Update- I take 7-12 pieces every couple of days, (as 1.there is no recommended dose and I dont know how much to take and 2.I also take 1 spoon bee pollen separately in the days I dont take bee bread). The effect from this bee bread is amazing. I feel energized, I feel younger and (dare I say) I seem to look younger in the mirror! Its worth the price, absolutely totally recommending- buy it, try it! I am trying not to increase the amount I take, but I am so tempted...

What I expected, taste just like all the reviews say. I would recommend and buy again.

It had an interesting flavour - a big hit of honey sweetness, followed by almost malty, musty, then a fermented tang that came through. Not to my taste but it delivered everything I'd heard it was. Some of you will love it, but I'm learning that I'm not a fan of fermented tang. Without any frame of reference I can only give it 5 stars - it seems like it's quality. Like the bees themselves packaged it.

I got this one for remineralising my self and later on, I will get Royal Gelly for amino acids. Then I will have everything I need. My father was losing hair and after some time using just one teaspoon a day his hair grew back and changed colour too. Detailed description down below. Bee bread is a fermented mixture of bee saliva, plant pollen, and nectar that the worker bees use as food for the larvae and for young bees to produce royal jelly. Bee Bread increases its’ nutritional value due to the fermentation process performed by worker bees. Beebread is about 20% proteins, 24-34% carbohydrates and 1,5 % of lipids. BeeBread has a large variety of minerals and has high quantities of iron, cobalt, phosphorus, calcium. It is one of the richest natural foods containing selenium. Beebread is also an excellent source of potassium and B-group vitamins. Amino acids, which are predigested for easy assimilation in the ratio that the human body needs, constitute about 15% of the dry substance in beebread. It is a natural nourishing supplement rich in phytohormones, flavonoids, amino acids, minerals and other active biological compounds, with bioavailability at least three times more than regular bee pollen. This complex of vital substances determines the immune stimulating nature of Bee Bread. I did not like the taste or texture, they tasted off and left a very unusual taste , the chewy texture was unpleasant. Used the product daily but to be honest I didnt feel any benefits to health or wellbeing at all.

It is my first time when I used such product. I bought because I knew that provides a variety of vitamins and minerals supporting general health. Potential anti-inflammatory properties may be beneficial for everyone one, essentially in the winter time. I enjoyed the taste. I didn't try other product like this before. Di solito ad ogni cambio di stagione prendo il polline ma, questa volta ho voluto cambiare ed è andata benissimo. Io metto un cucchiaio di pane d'api nello yogurt al mattino perchè non amo il sapore dolce. Buonissimo energizzante.
