un producto que sinceramente me daba miedo comprar . y les dire porque , era un precio muy barato para lo que desia que aportaba me quede sorprendida al ver que cumplia todo lo que se desia , no solo que no necesitas internet para usarlo , si jo que tiene michas cositas mas , como un tiempo para que sepas el horario de su leche, musica para poner mientras duerme , te permite eacuchar lo que eate aucediendo en el cuarto y es super facil de usar , lo compraria una y otra vez , super barato y super calidad. This is a product I was honestly afraid to buy—and I’ll tell you why: the price was very low considering everything it claimed to offer. I was surprised to find that it lived up to every promise. Not only does it work without an internet connection, but it also has so many extra features—like a timer to track feeding schedules, music to play while the baby sleeps, and the ability to listen in on what’s happening in the room. Plus, it’s super easy to use. I would buy it again and again; it offers amazing quality at a great price.

We like this monitor and never had an issue with the connection. We could get clear signal even on the opposite end of the house. We had an issue with the monitor, it quit charging. We reached out to the manufacturer and they replied quickly and helped to correct the issue. I would purchase from the company again in the future and that’s partly due to the customer service experience.

Loved it the first week and then the speaker started making a weird popping noise. Now the volume doesn’t work either.

I wanted to love this product but less than 6months and the monitor stopped holding a charge. Thankfully, I got a new one but now the camera won't pair. No complaints during the time it was functioning but the life span is not worth the cost.

This is my second hellobaby monitor since we have 2 kids now. We loved our first due to its features, ease of use, and connectivity. Our 2nd had issues with the power button where it would shut off automatically if the button was not held down. I emailed their service department and within a few emails they were able to offer a replacement. They definitely stand behind their product.

Fantastic inexpensive monitor. I purchased to keep at the grandparents house and to travel with. Extremely easy to use and has some great features. Love that you can set a temperature range alert. So if the room gets too cold to hot, it’ll tell you. The only complaint would be it didn’t block out background noise as well as some higher end monitors (no ANR). I wouldn’t use it nightly but for traveling, especially if the baby is close you just need to see them then the sound is not an issue. Also, Love that it does not need Wi-Fi. Super easy to set up. Anyone can figure out how to use it!

If you want a camera that nobody can hack in and be a creepy freak this is the one for you it runs off just a simple low megahertz channel that only you are linked to you have a thousand foot perimeter around the camera to be able to audio and visually watch your baby without Bluetooth in the risk of some freak watching your innocent little baby girl or boy....

Honestly, for the price, this monitor is GREAT! We also use a very pricey Sense-U monitor (base station, monitor device, camera) and we find that this one is much more user-friendly (for the grandparents especially) and it's nice that it doesn't require downloading or connecting to any apps or anything overly complicated. It works as it should and has lots of good features, very useful. Super handy for portable use, that's why we got it, like for if she falls asleep in her bassinet downstairs near bedtime and we don't want to wake her by moving her, we can put this camera anywhere she is and bring the monitor anywhere in the house with us. The sensitivity options for noise work great, the feeding timer, even the zoom, two way audio, and brightness/volume controls are handy. It also says it monitors temperature of the room and you can set limits, high and low, but we've never had that alert happen so I can't really speak to they feature. My only con would be that the two way audio isn't as functional as it should be, like it cuts out a lot and it's difficult to understand what is being said, only on the end where the camera (baby) is though. The audio and picture are great on the monitor (parent/caregiver) end of things. Which is the more important feature anyway. Overall, really great product, very glad that I added it to our household, we use it constantly. Also, it holds a charge very well.

Love this monitor. It's simple and intuitive to navigate the settings. Love that it's not connected to the wifi, for added security. It displays the temperature of the room, which I also quite like. I wouldn't complain about a longer battery life, but it lasts a day or two depending on how often the video display is on. The camera is of good quality, very clear and easy to control. You can move the camera lens around a bit from the monitor, which is especially handy if you have a squirmy baby. The picture I took of the baby monitor display doesn't do the imaging justice; it's not grainy or pixelated at all. Would highly recommend for someone who wants a good quality baby monitor at a good value without all the possible bells and whistles. P.S. I also bought the crib/bassinette mount for the camera and have found it very sturdy. It doesn't shift around if I move the bassinette. I was a bit nervous about it at first, but it's not going anywhere.

I bought this monitor for baby number two because we’d had a HelloBaby monitor for our first child and had such a good experience with it. We chose this model because it looks different from our original monitor, making it easy to tell them apart, and because it has a larger screen. After using both models, I definitely prefer this one. The larger screen makes it much easier to see your baby, especially during naps and overnight. The only issue we’ve had is with the two-way talk feature. We’ve tried adjusting all of the settings, but we haven’t been able to get our voices loud enough through the camera for our baby to hear us clearly. Since we rarely use that feature, it hasn’t been a dealbreaker for us. One of the biggest reasons we continue to choose HelloBaby is that it doesn’t rely on Wi-Fi. We take it everywhere with us—camping, on road trips, and even when travelling internationally. It’s simple to set up, reliable, and we never have to worry about connecting it to a network. We even kept the original box because it’s compact and makes packing the monitor in a suitcase easy and well protected. Overall, we’d absolutely buy this monitor again. If we have a third baby someday, this would still be our first choice.

I bought this camera for my second baby. It works great! I love that you came turn the camera using the screen pad. It came with mounting hardware to put it on a wall. I just used the 3M Velcro strip for now since we bring it with us to grandparents houses and our cottage. The range is good, and I’ve had no issues with the battery. Been using for 6 months so far, and I love it

Item is good, but the battery is really bad. The last HelloBaby I got since 2023 just stopped charging and I had to replace it with this one. With the other one, I could use it for 2-3 days without charging, but this one, I am having to charge it everyday else after a while, it makes that low battery noise and then go off. I literally have to leave it plugged.
