Very flexible
Bought this for pain in my neck and shoulders. Worked pretty well for that, but now I'm using it for arthritic pain in my hands and that works even better. Doesn't stay cool quite as long as I would like but the velcro works very well. Very soft and moldable.

Broken ribs
I just broke my ribs and the fact that this came with not one but two has been a bone saver lol . Once one is warm I grab the other from the freezer .it's been helping with me healing . I still have a long road ahead of me but this came quick and does what it's intended to do
