Is the Zatarains extra spicy crab boil gluten free

The container does not say. I can tell you that this is very spicy but my hubby likes Spicy. We use it mostly to boil potatoes and it just gives them a distinctive flavor. I must warn you it does contain Monosodium Glutamate in case you are allergic to it

Spicier than expected

I do an annual seafood boil and usually use Old Bay. Tried this out last year and it was awesome. Fortunately, I tasted it before I added the recommended amount. It was spicy enough with half of what I was going to use (granted, I use a lot of other stuff in my broth). I assume if this is all you use, the recommended amount would be perfect.
