Great taste , no bloating , dissolve easily in water .. good product

I've been using the plant protein for the last two years, with consistent quality. However, my last purchase of 2kgs was of very poor quality. The powder didn't mix well with water and was really sweet making it unpalatable. Before posting a review online, I approached the customer care number. I was asked questions, such has "in what do you shake?, Can you send me a video of you making it?" After pointing out the fact that I've been using the powder for the last 2 years and have not changed the shaker or water content or the amount of energy put into shaking it.. I reluctantly sent out the video because there was no response shown to address the complaint.. It took a total of 7 days for the "technical head" to get on a call only to inform me that they have changed the supplier of pea protein to "improve" the quality of protein powder. I told him that it has clearly NOT "improved" and that my complaint should be addressed and resolved swiftly. It seemed he was reluctant to offer a solution or even show the slightest sense of an apology. I mentioned that I've been a customer for over two years now, I've waited for over a week to be told there is no resolution, and if you didn't offer a replacement or a refund, i'd be compelled to write a bad review. I was then told to get the product tested (at my expense, I assume) and was also asked "what would happen if we sent a replacement and the powder didn't mix well with water?" I was disgusted with the tone of voice and approach of the company representative to address a repeat customers complaint. Can any one recommend me another vegan protein powder brand?

I have been consuming MyProtein pea isolate for years , i tried this one and it tastes totally different then pea protein, in plant based proteins there is some smell or taste of plants , but i couldn't feel that taste so I'm doubtful about this product else your choice I'm not sure because it taste totally different UPDATE TO MY REVIEW now i consumed the Naturaltein plant protein so it taste like them so i can say they taste good if i compare them to other plant proteins, but i don't know it's genuine or not because you don't see any big drastic results just by taking protein powder , completing protein intake of whole day is important

Great Product But I'm shocked because their is no Barcode on this product

The brand is dumping stock that was manufactured in 2024, and has literally 3 months remaining before expiry. Won’t be purchasing again. All of their stock is super old so clearly there’s something wrong with the product.
