I bought this package because it came from a recommendation from my niece. I find that they fit perfect on my air bake cookie pans. No more oily mess to wash. I also use them on standard Paula Deen cookie sheets and cake pans. They work great. Best sheet to use when oven frying bacon.

These are great convenient sheets of parchment paper. Not so great at non-stick because melted cheese on my pizza tends to stick to it. But they are the perfect size for me to bake pizzas or otherwise protect my good sheet pans. There's a nice tactile experience pulling each sheet out of the package, and it's easy to just pull one at a time.

I love these pre-cut sheets. I tuck the box up against the side of my cabinet so I can easily grab a sheet whenever I need it. They fit the half sheet trays perfectly. I've used them for cookies, candies, and roasting veggies. Makes for easy cleanup. They're not super thick, which I like, but oilier items will soak through and these are not great for higher oven temps. All in all good value for the money and good quality for my needs.

These are the absolute best thing in my kitchen. They fit my baking pans exactly as I looked at the measurements and measured the inside of my pan. These don’t stick to anything. I’ve made roasted chicken and carrots, cookies, pizza, and more. None of my food sticks to these. But my food also stays put. My cookie dough doesn’t roll around as I’m putting the pan in the oven which happens a lot. I’ve bought these months ago and have barely made a dent in the box. They are completely flat with no center crease, so you can store flat, or standing up. You also don’t end up fighting the center crease for your food to stay put. Best parchment paper I’ve ever had.

I used to use white, parchment paper that came on a roll, like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and waxed paper, for baking, and related uses. It felt heavier, and stiffer, and was always a challenge to get it to lay flat. I switched to flat, pre-cut, sheets, and really appreciate the convenience, even if cutting these to fit a round pan, or an irregular shape. The 12”X16” size fits the largest, practical, baking pan that I will use in a home kitchen. Commercial users might need / want a larger size. The cardboard box also serves as an easy-to-use storage dispenser, positioned underneath all my other paper / wrap products. I never got into the silicone, ‘Silpat’-style baking mats, which I find hard to clean and bulky to store. The sheets in this box felt slightly thinner than a previous brand I tried, but were a good value at the price offered, and only need to last for a single use. The only reason I might want to use the roll style parchment paper would be to wrap food for cooking, such as ‘Fish en Papillote’.

I love these. I place them near my stove. Just grab and go.

It works great for cookies as they are baked typically at 350 - 375 degrees, however when I baked sour dough bread at 425 it stuck to the bread. It says withstands temps up to 450, I wouldn't do it..
