The washing machine is worst the price , easy to use with multiple options and aqua store and everything found it as a good product , spin speed is good just one thing which is not good is as they have mentioned about lint removing but the cloths have lint in them after washing !

Wasn't working after 1st installation. Took time for the technician to visit agian(maybe due to heavy workload,poor soul). But after technician fixed the issue, it worked fine and is very smooth. I like the product. Hope no problem will arise in the near future. After sale service was awesome. They care for you.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Whirlpool washing machine that I purchased from your company via Amazon. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have encountered nothing but frustration and poor customer service. The washing machine, which is still under warranty, has been exhibiting a persistent problem of excessive vibration during operation. Despite my repeated complaints and requests for assistance, the technical personnel sent to my home have been dismissive and unhelpful. The last service person who visited my home not only failed to address the issue but also displayed a shocking level of rudeness towards me and my family. Instead of acknowledging the problem with the machine, he absurdly attributed the vibrations to the type of clothing being washed, suggesting that placing a napkin inside the machine was the cause. He even went as far as to imply that I should either refrain from using certain materials or stand by the machine constantly during operation. Such a response is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. It is evident that there is a genuine issue with the machine itself, as evidenced by the continued vibrations despite multiple attempts at resolution. I demand that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. This includes providing a thorough inspection of the washing machine by competent technicians and offering a viable solution to resolve the ongoing problem. Furthermore, I find it deeply concerning that despite lodging multiple complaints over the past 15 days, there has been no satisfactory response or resolution from your end. I insist that this matter be treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Attached to this email are videos documenting the persistent issue with the washing machine, which I hope will serve as clear evidence of the problem at hand. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this complaint through other channels, including consumer protection agencies and social media platforms. I look forward to your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution.

Best quality you can buy

I chose this machine because it had fully auto hot water wash at a suitable price point. There is endless debate of top load vs front load. This uses more water than a front load machine but is quieter, clothes get damaged less, and you dont have to bend over. Its a great machine, I am happy to own it and use it, but here is the critique. Pros: Fully auto Hot water wash Whirlpool- known brand with decent service Cost 17100/- purchased a whirlpool trolley with wheels for 1400/- from installer technician for rust protection amd easy water drain Cons: No (separate) place to add softener/conditioner. Check out the photo. I am forced to open the lid at the end of first rinse cycle and add conditioner into the tub. This mars the fire and forget experience expected from a fully auto machine. The wife says: not adding softener/conditioner solves the problem though, and saves money in the process. Touché. Somewhere in the fine print it is probably mentioned that you require a 15 amp socket for the 15 amp plug of this machine. So keep the socket handy. The manual says the machine should not be installed in a bathroom/ near a source of moisture, amd extension cords are a no-no. Should have given a longer cord then. Spin cycle feels rather slow. (Less RPM) And I am upgrading from a semi auto machine. Clothes come out nearly as dry though. I feel a capacity of 6.5 is small for a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. Go in for the larger variant, its not a con of the machine though. Uses a larger amount of water than a front load, but we already knew that. Machine cycle stops the moment you open the lid and restarts when you close it, though its not a con. Full load normal wash cycle is 1hr 30 mins plus. The timer pauses when water is being filled. The stainwash, anti bacterial other sophesticated programs run longer (2-3 hrs), and accept much less load (1.5-2 kg) to be effective. See photo. Express wash feature reduces cycle time by upto 40%, but at the cost of the second rinse cycle. Clothes MAY smell of detergent after completion of the cycle. Other issues: In my opinion, call the brand helpline, register the product and ask for their AMC and extended warranty, rather than prchasing it from online retailer. I have (only) a hunch that it is likely to give better results than the (much cheaper) online alternatives in the long run. I will not be able to prove anything though.

Got this last month trust me its the best one Pros: It hardly make any noise It vibrates a bit but if u buy a good stand ur good to go Cons: The item arrived a bit damaged more like scratches didn’t want to go through the hassle of return and re-order stuff so preferred to keep it

Very bad product, they came for installation it was working and but we Did not check whether the water is coming or not , later when we started using it’s not even loading the water level, I can only dry my clothes in this, waste of money
