Industrial 4 Tier Bookshelf, Modern Open Etagere Bookcase, Wood Metal Book Shelves for Living Room, Bedroom and Office (Dark Gray Oak)

This shelf solved a clutter problem for us. I always have the cameras sitting out so I can grab them quickly to photograph wildlife out the windows, and the accessories were scattered around the house. I finally got a backpack specifically for camera gear and needed a shelf to get everything together in one place. Assembly was straightforward, connect the crossbar to itself, add the crossbar to the side rails with four screws, then flip everything over and bolt on the boards. It's a good idea to leave the crossbar screws slightly loose until you get the boards attached to the frame or it's hard to line up the bolts. This shelf works. The camera bag fits on the bottom, the cameras fit on top, the box of miscellaneous filters, mini tripods, batteries, etc., fit next to the cameras. All of it is tucked in a corner next to the patio door where we see the most animals. Also, now I don't have to hunt for the filters and tripod when we go camping trips. It's pretty sturdy for a small shelf. It's not budget-priced, but the price is worth it for us as it looks like it will last.

What made me buy it was the description which says each shelf can hold 100 lbs. I am using this to hold old fashioned records (LPs) on the two bottom shelves and a small lamp and plant on the top in my living room. It holds a lot of albums! Very sturdy and super easy to put together. Update: loved it so much I bought another one. These are very well made and sturdy shelving units. Will blend in with most decor schemes too. Well worth the money and easy to put together.

For the price, I am very impressed with this shelf unit. I searched quite awhile for just the right overall size and specifically wanted gray shelves to go with gray wood furniture. Debated on which size to get but glad I went with the four shelf size. Perfect fit for my space. Clear assemble instructions and easy for one person to assemble in very little time. Sturdy, which I needed, as it supports alot of books for me. I definitely recommend this shelf unit and am considering purchasing again for another room.

I have three of these shelves in the form of a 3 tier, a 4 tier, and a 5 tier ladder shelf. I've been pretty pleased with them. They assemble easily and are lightweight for moving around once assembled. I have them fairly loaded with books and plants and they all seem sturdy for the weight. The adjustable feet are great for my old home's uneven brick floors. The actual shelves are manufactured wood which some reviewers seem to miss when ordering these. That seems typical of items in this price range to me, and I've yet to notice any signs of veneer issues. The open frame design does not really allow for use as bookshelves without using bookends, so expect that. The 4 tier shelf I first received had deep ding in one side of the metal frame. I contacted BON AUGURE's customer service about possibly obtaining just the one side instead of boxing it all back up for return and they responded within minutes about just shipping me a full replacement shelf unit. They just asked for my info and Amazon order # and had the replacement shipped out to me in about 24 hours. That is excellent customer service in my book.

It’s a beautiful bookshelf and it is very easy to put together. Wood shelves are very sturdy and really pretty. I have this in my laundry room for extra storage space.

Hi, this shelving unit is amazingly stable and exactly the size we needed. It went together very smoothly. The one exception was one of the leveling feet. It wouldn't screw in and I needed a pair of pliers to force it to screw in. It's design is well thought out and the cross piece in back really stabilizes. They've included holes in the rear cross piece to allow you to attach it to the wall -- keeping it safe for kids. The shelving is solid a d attaches to the frame with screws. For the photo, upper left is the shelf put together next to our small fridge. Upper right: I put it together using a table. I don't like kneeling. Lower left just show the "foot" that needed pliers. Lower right: shows how the shelf screws in. It is very well done and screws together strongly. I almost forgot, they also pack a spare wrench and spare parts. They have gone out of their way to make this purchase work.

I ordered this last week for additional shelf space in my basement. Ended up spending less on this than a similar item I bought at a brick and mortar chain hardware store. This bookshelf was half the price of the other one and twice as better. I really appreciate the metal threads for the screws. The simplicity of it's assembly and easy to follow instructions. They also supply the tools you'd need, a philips screwdriver, alan wrench, and crescent wrench. I cheated and used an impact driver instead that cut the assembly time. It took about 30 minutes tops to put everything together. It also comes with hardware to fasten it to your wall if you choose to do so. The metal parts on the legs on each side are fully welded to ask connecting points and not spot welded like other items. Over all, I would definitely buy this again.

I live in a senior living apartment, about 560 square feet. Space is limited. This product fits perfectly in a space at the entry. I put baskets on two shelves and use for storage leaving the top shelf open for keys etc and a bit of decor. Added an oval mirror to the wall (all Amazon). Took a maintenance man just minutes to put together and it is nice and sturdy but looks good too.

Cheaply made nothing like the color in the photo. Very wobbly.
