Very impressed with OP customer service
Purchased the Large Wonder Oven about a year ago and loved everything about it - until the timer mechanism broke recently. The oven itself and the heating element still worked fine, but the timer no longer loudly chimed when the timer reached 0; it would just quietly turn the oven off without a sound. My wife and I had gotten into the habit of relying on the "ding" to let us know to check on the food we were cooking, and while we could have just started setting timers on our phones, I was frustrated that such an expensive appliance (that we had purchased as part of our desire to replace any cheap slop we owned with high-quality "forever" items) would fail, even in such a minor way, so soon after purchase. I wrote Our Place customer service, and, after a few troubleshooting back-and-forths, they told me they'd send us a new replacement - and we wouldn't even have to return the defective unit. Time will tell whether the Wonder Oven truly ends up being a "forever" purchase, but at this point I am very much an Our Place fan, and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Great oven!
I love this Wonder Oven!! It is nice to not have to heat up out whole oven! I even made a sourdough bread to bake in the oven!! It is a learning curve to get used to the temperature. It runs a little hot but it is also a convection oven so I think I will lower the temperature a little. Love it! I also love the looks of it.

Purchased 5/16/25, quit working 9/24/25
$225 and it only worked 4 months. Sorry, doesn't even deserve one star. Like others said, the timer dial is defective. This turns oven on/off. The timer will shut off as long as set for more than 20 minutes. Cooking something less than 20 minutes and it has to be unplugged to shut off. Manually turning dial to 0 or off will not shut it off and if it does, it'll turn back on even 15 minutes after shutting it off. It also burns food surface even monitoring oven temp with an oven thermometer. Surface of food is crisping, burning way before normal cooking time. It seems to need an internal fan like a convection oven for even heating. It's a very good looking unit and I liked the size but it quit working in 4 months. For this much money, I suggest looking elsewhere. UPDATE: removed cover and the spade connector to the timer/off-on dial overheated and burnt off the wire and the rubber boot melted to dust. I imagine this is what is happening to other's ovens. Definitely a fire risk. Update: 12/15/25. Well, that didn't last long. Something electrical is burning, probably the timer/off-on dial again. This time it's just going in the trash. I doubt there is enough wire to replace with another spade connector and it's not worth the trouble or my time for a product that won't last more than a few months. I love the size and color of this stove so decided to try and repair it one more time after reading reviews for other similar stoves. I won't be purchasing this one again unless they fix the issue of the timer over heating. This time the electrical tape I used began melting causing the burning odor I smelled. That prevented more damage to the connection. This time wrapped it in heat sensitive tape. I'll find out if that will actually cause the timer to malfunction before I smell tape burning. Such a great stove so very unfortunate an underrated timer was installed.

Highly Recommend
I wish I didn’t wait so long to get this. It’s light weight and esthetically pleasing. The controls make it super easy to use and not a pain to start. It heats quickly and maintains quite a bit of heat. Make sure you have plenty of room around it to vent and away from little hands because of it though. The day we got it we heated up homemade frozen burritos and a precooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. There was no loss of moisture and held everything. We love it.

Amazing
I love air fryers. I think they are essential appliances. We used to have the Ninja Duo air fryers, which we loved and used constantly. Unfortunately, after a few years the crisper plates got so greasy and dirty (and rusted) that they became unusable. Also, the black non-stick coating starting chipping off, which causes some health concerns. Ninja charges so much for replacement parts that it didn’t seem worth it. Besides, both baskets were getting all corroded and rusted and were impossible to clean. After consulting ChatGPT on the best non toxic, easy to clean air fryers, I settled on this one. I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. It has multiple trays and levels and is super easy to clean. It really meets all of my expectations and more. The Ninja was a good air fryer but worthless at other tasks. Plus the dual baskets were more of a gimmick than anything else because using them seemed to significantly decrease the temp, thereby increasing cooking time. The Wonder Oven has a large air frying tray that allows me to make more than both of the ninja plates combined. The catch tray is super easy to clean. I have a habit of cleaning all the trays after each use and emptying the crumbs, so it stays relatively clean. I was hesitant because of the price but so far it seems worth it. If it’s built well and lasts, it will be a winner. I will update this review if anything goes wrong.

Great Toaster Oven Combo
I love a good toaster oven, and this is that! It's easy to use, it toasts evenly, it air-fries very nicely and does a great job of roasting. Baking is a bit trickier, as the convection fan is ALWAYS on, so you have to make adjustments with temperature and rack position. So why only 4 stars? The analog controls, aren't a problem to use, except, the writing and the bar that shows the chosen settings, are difficult to read. They are the same color as the oven. I've solved this by feeling the bar and learning where the settings are located. This is, in my opinion, a design flaw. It doesn't affect the oven's function. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!

My Favorite Oven
This oven has very accurate temperature settings. I find everything cooks exactly according to the time given in any recipe. I've never had an accurate oven and it is very liberating not to have to keep an eye on how the food is coming along.

Meh…some chemical components
I have been eyeing the smaller version of this, knowing that it would not be big enough for myself and my two children so when the larger size came out, I was ecstatic. However, I was not ecstatic at the $225 price tag which I have now deemed it to not be worth. This is supposedly nontoxic, which was the selling point for me, as I have mold related illnesses that have made me very reactive to all chemicals, and I mean all. The first couple of uses, I expected it there to be some type of offgassing and there was. But now I’m like a month in, and there is still offgassing and this causes heart palpitations, brain inflammation, and changes in blood pressure. It’s not a pleasant feeling. The coating on the nonstick pan is already starting to look a little worn, which makes me wonder if it is actually non-toxic. As far as cooking, it is has taken a little getting used to. We made cupcakes in it yesterday and the first batch didn’t go so well because the tops cooked much faster than the inside. I don’t feel like heat is distributed well. It is aesthetically pleasing to look out with a very sleek design and was packaged well. The size is generous without being too large. But in hindsight, I would not have purchased this… Mostly due to the offgassing issue, which is really hard to stomach and the inconsistency in cooking. I think maybe $150 would’ve been a better price point but at $225 it’s just not justified purchase.

Genuinely replaced 3 appliances. No regrets
I use the air fry and bake functions almost daily, it preheats way faster than my regular oven, so it’s become my go-to for quick weeknight dinners. Roasted a whole tray of veggies and it came out perfectly crisp, not soggy like some air fryers do with bigger batches. Size-wise it looks compact but actually fits a decent amount, a full sheet pan of wings fit with no problem. Cleanup is easy too, the tray is nonstick and dishwasher safe. Only things to flag: it runs hotter and faster than a standard oven, so my first couple recipes came out a little overdone until I adjusted my usual cook times down. Also if you’re cooking for a big family you’ll probably need to do a couple of batches rather than one big one. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but between the design (it actually looks good sitting out, unlike most air fryers) and how much counter space it saved me by replacing other appliances, it’s been worth it for my kitchen. Would I buy again? Yes, no hesitation.

Good air fryer oven
I was a little worried about the condition because the packaging was damaged when I received it. Luckily, the oven was in perfect condition thanks to the sturdy internal packaging. Everything matches the description, and it has three small, beautiful dials for cooking type, time, and temperature. Preheating was very quick, and I was able to enjoy cooking right away. The interior space for cooking is almost the same heights as a water bottle and feels quite spacious. One thing to note is that while cooking, some steam leaks from the bottom of the oven door and a bit of water can collect there. This might be because I added some water(1/3 caps) for steam, but it did cause the paint on the shelf under the oven to slightly peel.

Not great for bread baking
Really great air fryer. But tried baking bagels and sourdough bread in it. They came out so dry. Maybe the steam reservoir should hold much more water? Not sure. Bought it so I can bake one loaf at a time, but I think it’s really gonna be an expensive air fryer. Air fried some seasoned tofu, they came out nice and cripy!

Highly recommended
This large oven air fryer looks absolutely gorgeous on the counter and has plenty of space to roast an entire family-sized meal all at once. It cooks everything incredibly fast and evenly, making it an absolute game-changer for quick, delicious weeknight dinners.
