do the lids fit tight enough so I can carry food which might leak?

There were no lids with my order.

How tall is the largest mixing bowl?

Maybe 6" or so...These bowls are big enough for recipes 5-6 cups of flour, bigger.

Is the largest bowl 7 quarts or 4.5? There seems to be conflicting reviews....

I just received mine and the largest bowl's measurement stops at 4.5L but there is about 1" space left above that, so it holds more.

I need to know the grade of stainless steel for this product, is it ss304 or ss201? Would appreciate reply from seller or customers please

Sorry, I don’t have an answer for you. They are light weight, there is no info on them - there is a coating on the bottom where that information is usually stamped on.
