Excellent customer service
Update: Seller reached out and offered to send a new umbrella free of charge. So far works perfect. Excellent customer service! On several occasions it will get stuck and not close. This is very frustrating when it’s pouring rain and you’re trying not to get rain in the car but the umbrella will not close. Very disappointing

It's nice
Nice umbrella, online it said it will fit in a purse. That's true, but you can't fit anything else in your purse. I'll keep it and replace the beat out old umbrella in my car with this one. I just wanted one I could actually put in my purse.

Strong and beautiful design.
My partner and I got two of these in different designs and love them. They fold up short and seem VERY strong -- not the kind that will collapse in a light wind. And we love the designs we picked. While they fold up short, they do so THICK, so they will take up more room than some umbrellas in a bag -- a briefcase maybe, probably not a purse. But perfect as a car umbrella or carrying in a large parka pocket.

Excellent warranty and outstanding customer service
Truly a lifetime warranty!Purchased umbrella in 2023. Had a problem with the opening mechanism in 2025. Contacted the company and promptly received a replacement umbrella that works great and looks fantastic. Umbrella is lightweight and easy to store and is virtually impossible to turn inside out during a bad wind storm. Highly recommend purchasing this brand of umbrella. Worth the monies!

Good umbrella. Questionable fabric.
The umbrella itself is well made for the price. Everything works, and it feels like it will last me for a season of rain. The fabric/plastic cloth of the umbrella itself is a little concerning. It is made of thin plastic material that might get sticky over a period of time. Time will tell.
