A wonderful dehumidifier at last
I actually wanted to buy a dehumidifier that is quiet and can manage the high humidity on our bathrooms. I took a chance on this manufacturer. I have had dehumidifiers from big brands in the past but none lasted for very long. This one came well packed. Waited a couple days to unpack and set it up. Compared to any other brand that we have had this seems by far the best with quality. Weighs about what others do. We have it hooked up to a hose now that comes with it. No struggling with big front floppy tanks. The tank has not leaked when we tried that too. Even high fan is almost as quiet as the low. It seems fairly easy to run. It does not seem to have a problem keeping the humidity under control. Why I wanted to try this size is I wanted it to pull humidity from other rooms especially from my bathroom which is next to the living room. The dehumidifier is definitely doing that.I have had it for more than a week now. It seems to be doing a great job. But it is the month of September and it is not as humid as it has been. This brand is definitely the best. One thing I have found I really like about this dehumidifier is the water tank and the build quality. It seems to be more solid than others I have tried and the wheels on it feel solid, not going to break under the weight of the water. The plastic doesn't feel as though it is going to crush or break. It collects a lot of water and shuts off when full. That is what I wanted. It's running smoothly, quietly, pulling water out of the air, and using less energy. What more could you ask for? I would strongly recommend to go for this brand if you are looking for a quality dehumidifier.

Works well and easy to handle
I'm very pleased with this little thing. Makes a noticeable difference in my 700 sq ft apartment. The sensor showing the percent humidity always matches my thermostat's reading exactly. The container is very small, so I empty it about 3 times a day in the middle of the summer, but that also means it takes very little effort to pick it up and dump it out. I also love that it has an easy to use lock button to keep my cats from changing the settings.I will say the one thing is that it beeps when it's full, and it is very quiet, but it is also the same tone and pitch as my building's fire alarms, so that threw me for a second the first time I heard it.

Works great for small rooms i.e kitchen, office or laundry room.
Works great but needs condensate (water) emptied (dumped on outside plants) every 10-12 hours if you can't use the "self drain" option. Had to check the low / high fan speed using a anemometers (yes I have one) because there wasn't much difference (2.7low and 3.3high). Reached out to customer service and that was correct (fan speed) because it's a smaller "home" unit, works as designed. The noise level is acceptable on High or Low. Only improvement would be an led down light in the reservoir to see the level in the catch tank. Photo - sitting next to a standard 20 inch box fan - level hard to see in a darker conditions. Because it's basically a "mini" ac unit (the instructions state that it does contain Freon and must be treated as such when repairing or disposal). It does generate some heat (no exhaust). It works way better than the "electronic heat sink" type of dehumidifiers.

Aiusevo AS320 - Compact, Efficient, Easy to use - Updated
The company did respond. They gave me a test to perform. From the results they determined that the dehumidifier may be underperforming due to insufficient refrigerant. They have issued a full refund. Kudos to them for standing behind their product. This is an update to my original review. I used this dehumidifier last summer in my basement. It worked, but not that great. My basement never got below 60% humidity. This year when I started it up again after not using it during the winter, it does not dehumidify at all. after running it for a few days NOT drop in humidity. I contacted service.... crickets. So much for the 3-year warranty. So, I bought a new one. A GE Model ADSE50XWT1. This is a real one. What a difference. Basement Already down to 50% in less than a day. Wish I had bought this one from the start. Both dehumidifiers have the same specs of 50 pints/day - large basement coverage (5000 sq. ft). But the GE works.Received product from Amazon in good condition. Only complaint is that the product requires it be shipped in the upright position. This is on the product packaging. But Amazon put it inside another box which did not display this requirement, so it was shipped laying on its side. However, this seems to have not effected the product. As a precaution I let it stand upright for a day before using. When considering the product, I was concerned the small 0.5-gallon water tank, but my intent was to connect it to my A/C condensate pump. So, I bought it based on the stated product spec's, size, efficiency and quietness. I first tested the product not connected to the pump so I could see it work and get a feel for how much humidity would be removed by the unit. I am using it in my basement, and I found it filled the tank fairly quickly. Thus, worked well. Once I was happy with that, I connected it to the condensate pump. This was easy with the supplied hose. It has been running now for a few days in this mode. I set the humidity level on the unit to 50%. I have a separate humidistat to monitor and can see the reduced humidity level. Overall, I am very happy with the unit, its quietness, ease of use, and general operation.Note that the user manual under continuous drainage is a bit confusing. It says to take the water tank out. Not sure why. I needed to reinsert the water tank for the unit to run, as I found out.

Portable and Works Well in Subtropical Weather!
First, I live in subtropical weather where it’s humid between Spring-Summer-half of Fall. In the summer, humidity can be 75%. My ideal is 45%. I purchased this 1,500 Sq. Ft (21 Pints) Dehumidifier 15 months ago and I LOVE this thing! Even though it’s small, it has wheels you can add/remove to make it easier to move around the room. Portable and energy-efficient are ideal as I wanted something I can put on the floor or a table. So far, I have kept mine on the floor since it doesn’t take up space (it’s 16 inches tall with wheel; 15 inches without. Across it’s 9 inches wide. Depth is 6.875 inches). When it’s humid (60%-75%), I dump the water out twice a day—because it’s small, it’s much easier to maintain/manage. I prefer this over having to carry a big heavy bucket of water and spilling all over the place (the big ones are prohibitive—makes me lazy and unwilling to do the hard work, LOL). It does come with a tube if you want to hook it up to a drain. You can set and lock to your ideal humidity, or you can run continuously. These are the 2 settings I use, though there is also a timer (I did not test the timer). Fan speed is high and low.You should check and play with the settings because you can easily lock it. I was a little confused at first, as I couldn’t tell if it was locked to a certain humidity or if it was on continuous mode, but it’s my fault for not reading the manual. It doesn’t take a lot of time to figure out, but definitely play with it so you understand various settings.I lock mine at 45% as I don’t like it any drier than that. It will stop automatically if the water container is full so you don’t have to worry about leaks/overflow. There’s an indicator light that will tell you if it’s full (red) and needs to be emptied, or if humidity is high (green for dehumidifier on/running), or humidity is good (blue) and holding steady based on the locked setting.I added a short video of me dumping the water when container was 30% full. I highly recommend it if you’re in a subtropical climate and want something living room or bedroom-friendly (portable, manageable, and not an eye-sore). Space is 750 sq. ft and works just fine on its own. I track the humidity in every room using a hygrometer so am able to verify efficacy.I did contemplate spending money on a dehumidifier, but this was worth it. For one, it seemed cheaper compared to the other brands (I paid $140 at the time). The AC also doesn’t have to work as hard if you bring down the humidity, and this device is energy-efficient so it will save you money while bringing you comfort. I think this helped a lot with my allergies and can reduce sinus headaches from stuffiness. I mostly use it from Spring to Summer, and on rainy days in the Fall.

Small, portable, reliable, and easy to empty tank!
This is our second purchase from Aiusevo this year. We first purchased a 2500 sq ft dehumidifier back in February, and while we really like it, we needed a second unit to keep our indoor humidity between 45-50%. The addition of a second unit, this one rated for 5000 sq ft is successfully keeping the humidity of our 1200 square foot guest house where we want it. We keep the big one in the living room, and the smaller one in the bedroom. Both require emptying on average of 2-3 times per day as the late spring/early summer temperatures in Kentucky (heat and humidity) are increasing. Emptying the tank is super easy and the unit is on wheels, so easy to move around for cleaning. While we don't use the drain tube feature, it's a nice thing to have if you have a place to drain instead of manually emptying the tank. Both of our units have run pretty continuously since Feb/April and we've had zero issues - they're easy to use. Other than emptying the water tank, they're set and forget which is great.

Excellent dehumidifier
Very happy with the way this dehumidifier works. It's quiet and efficient. Very pleased with the quick delivery too. Have been using it for 4 months and have had no issues. Highly recommend this dehumidifier.

Quiet and Removes Moisture
The unit is small - be sure to look at dimensions. It hasn't been able to pull down the level in my basement below 68% but that is probably my fault for ordering a unit that was just a bit too small. The unit is working and steadily draining water so I can't fault the machine, it is doing what it is supposed to. Would probably be great in a smaller space, my basement is no huge but about 1000 sqft and damp. Like the unit enough that I may just get a second unit to help get the level down a bit more.
