Great lid for using a mason jar as a water bottle!
I bought this hoping to be able to use a mason jar as my daily water bottle, so I was a little skeptical that it would hold up for very long. However, after getting the thing, I have to say it's pretty solid. The plastic is beefy in all the right places, and the lid shuts securely without leaking. I can even shake it without holding the lid closed, though I don't intend to see how long that lasts. The design of the threads and the placement of the oring was well executed, too. The lid screws on easily and does not leak, but unlike many mason jar lids it doesn't take a gorilla to get it off. The opening is nice and wide, so it works well with smoothies, but not so wide that drinking water from it results in getting your beard wet. (If you have one) The lid does have a tendency to touch my nose while I'm drinking, so make sure you wipe it if you're chugging a chocolate protein shake or something, because if you don't you'll have it on your nose.Overall, I'm very satisfied with this lid.

County Line Kitchen Wide Mouth Mason Jar Flip Cap Lid, Durable, Airtight, Leak-Proof Seal - GREAT!
I am using the County Line Kitchen Wide Mouth Mason Jar Flip Cap Lid with the 24 oz. Wide Mouth Ball canning jars for my iced tea and lemon water drinks as well as home made broth. It's so nice to be able to drink from a glass container. For my cold drinks, I also use the Masontops Wide Mouth Mason Jar Neoprene Sleeves, which fits perfectly, keeps my drinks cold, and there is no sweat dripping on my desk.

Well worth the money
These County Line mason jar flip top lids are easy to use, wash and of excellent quality. We first purchased another brand that was cheaper but they became impossible to open or remove from the jar and the lid seals kept falling out. So we ended up replacing them with this brand and we haven't had any problems since. So save yourself time, frustration and money by buying this brand first. You'll be happy with the quality and performance. County Line is definitely the best choice!

It great to drink from glass .
They work amazing .it may take some strength to open sometimes. But i drink from glass mason jars. Easier to clean & no chemical leaching. Get extra gaskets now , left milk residue in jar. Somethings you can't bleach out !!! Don't screw on to much.

Excellent in any way
I got those a few months ago and they are used regularly for liquids in wide mouth jars. They go into the dishwasher several times a week and so far have held up perfectly. The silicone ring creates an absolute tight seal with nothing leaking. For cleaning you need to remove the silicone ring and this is very easy. The well thought through design has a little notch where you can go under and lift the ring out from. I use either a butter knife or the end of a teaspoon. Really great, I am going to order a few more now.

Works pretty good so far with no issues.
I have been trying to go as much organic with in reason cost effective wise. Born and raised in NC so I grew up drinking sweet tea, I found a good flavor priced organic black tea and organic cane sugar. For about a year or so I have been searching for a one gallon glass pitcher to hold my tea and I was looking for one with a lid so I could close it up. Most of the ones I found did not have a lid or were way to expensive. I came across these and figured well I have some 1/2 gallon masion jars. I use a mr coffee tea maker so I make one gallon of tea and pour it into two masion jars. I used to use a plastic one gallon pitcher but I was trying to get away from pouring hot tea and letting it sit in plastic even though it was bpa free it didn't seem right using organic tea and sugar just to store it in a plastic container. I know that these lids are plastic but my tea only touches the plastic on this lid when I am pouring it into a glass so I figured at least my tea is not sitting in plastic. I can say that I have noticed a difference for the better in the taste since I switched to these lids and using masion jars. Another benefit is that the masion jars are still made in the USA. The three pack is nice when I get down to 1/2 gallon I can make two more and they will be nice and cool by the time I get ready for them. These lids very much remind me of the lids for the blender bottles that used to mix protein well there is a size difference. I and thinking of ordering another set just so I can have extra in case these go bad crack or what ever. They seem to be pretty sturdy so I think if you take care of them they should last a while. I have not used a full jar and turned on its side or upside down to see if it leaks so I can not say if they would leak or not. There is a rubber seal under the lid, I would like to find out if they have replacement seals for them but I am not sure. I have some of the silicone seals that are made for the plastic lids for masion jars I can say that those are a difference size.

Screw on well and don't leak!
I have several large bell jars with pour lids from different companies, and with at least two other companies, they have leaked--not at the pour spout, but at the screw-in threaded portion, unless screwed in so tight that it's hard to get them off. That's why I bought these as replacements, since the one I bought from Country Line does NOT leak when pouring, and they work great. I've also stored the jugs on their sides without issues, but note that the spout lid doesn't "snap" into place so you do have to make sure it's really tightly closed before doing that.

Love them.
They work exactly like they say. The top stays open while you pour and seals tightly when you snap it close. Easy to use, easy to clean. I ordered a second set.
