Excellent automatic circuit protection. I am able to plug in two USB devices, and one 110 volt higher amp device at the same time without blowing my 12 volt automotive fuse. If a 110 volt device that draws too many amps is plugged in, this device circuit protects before it blows my car fuse. If I plug in too much stuff, it simply doesn't work until I unplug the other devices. Then it automatically resets so I can plug back in, whatever combination of 110 volt devices it can handle, without unplugging the 12 volt PowerPoint and plugging it back in. Great product with excellent circuitry. Fit my needs well. I primarily charge a fairly high amp ebike battery charger into it. I can run that ebike charger along with charging my phone and my USB powered Wi-Fi modem all at the same time. Also, it can handle more devices plugged in when the vehicle is running, in this case a 2010 Voyager minivan with a 4-cylinder engine and standard alternator. But it will charge one 110 volt device and at least one USB device, at the same time, just off the car battery alone. Love it.

Great purchase! Glad I got it
So very happy with this purchase. My vehicle doesn't have the normal ash tray charger link to charge your phone, and this works and I can plug more things into this, then one thing in my cigarette lighter. Great purchase! Glad I bought it, by it if you are on the fence.

Inefficient product!!
So......... This unit does charge what decide to plug into, but it sucks.. Regardless of what port you plug into, it doesn't put out enough juice and causes whatever you plug into to flash a notice pretty much saying that the power supply is slow and to find a stronger source.. Whatever you decide to plug in will charge, it just takes FOREVER!! I wouldn't purchase this until the company can resolve the issue..
