ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE no sound at all perfect amount of water and easy to put together. My cat's rarely and I mean rarely ever drank water id have to put water in their food just so they would drink so I decided ro get this fountain and it is a lifesaver my cats now constantly drink from it as they are curious about the running water they now drink plenty of water on a daily basis and are not scared of it at all, its easy for them to reach as its level wirh their shoulders and its also a spacious drinking area so it doesnt touch their whiskers which my kitten hates usually but hasn't had that problem at all with this fountain. Highly recommend will definitely buy another one for another room. 10/10 the pump works perfectly no problems at all, my cats and dog love it so definitely recommend.

My dog prefers to drink from the pond !! I bought this hoping to change his habits but it hasn’t worked for him. Maybe he knows it is for cats ????

I purchased 2 of these stainless steel fountains for our Cat in the hope she would drink more during the hot weather, this idea was successful. BUT...after a week of starting to use the fountains she started vomiting between once a day that increased to 3 times a day over the course of 4 days. My Husband said he thought it could be the fountain. I didn't agree as water was changed daily & vessel was cleaned each time. Not thinking that the main filter would need changing so soon, I still decided to check. Photographs show that in less than a week the filter looked liked this (please see photos) & this is only used by one cat. After seeing this I checked other parts in the fountains closely & noticed that the rubber the faucett slotted into, was encased in a perspex casing & was also going discoloured & there was no way it could be cleaned. With this & the filters going as it did, so soon, I knew my Husband could be right & noticed it was after drinking from the fountains she did vomit shortly after. Both filter & Rubber were contaminating the water. Yes I know filters have to be changed but when reading instructions it says filter can last from 2 weeks to 4 weeks with one cat use & as water was changed daily I did not expect this situation in only a few days. It works out extremely expensive if filters need replacing every 3-4 days & even doing so it doesn't solve the issue with the dirty rubber thats encased, so therefor that is still a problem of contamination. Amazon have been very good in arranging a return & refund, my cat is now back to her ceramic water dishes & much better, no vomiting. She was checked over by our vet, thankfully she wasn't dehydrated & was put on a bland diet of chicken & rice for 3 days to settle her tummy. Needless to say it was contamination from the water as she is now ok. This fountain as Far as I am concerned is very unhygienic & health hazard to pets as all parts cannot be kept clean.

Very happy with this. It's easy to set up, very quiet, water flow is fine and great for my 2 dogs if differering sizes and my cat. Had a plastic one before which was great for a ages but stopped working but the limescale seems to build on the plastic and couldn't be removed. Hoping this is easier to deal with when that happens as it's stainless steel so more hygienic and less plastic.

I was worried about my cats being dehydrated especially in the heat wave that the UK has been having on and off. One of my cats refuses to drink from anything other than his ceramic bowl however my other cat (shown in video) absolutely loves water, playing in it etc.I had purchased a plastic fountain and neither of them touched it whatsoever however this one was a hit. I did some research into fountains and apparently plastic lets off a strange taste so I thought I’d try a stainless steel one.It was very easy to set up, comes with replacement filters and seems decent quality for a middle ground price. It’s easy for my cat to drink from and it lasts a while before needing a refresh. I would say it’s quiet considering the constant stream. I hardly notice the noise anyway. It isn’t very heavy but heavy enough when filled that my cat can’t tip it over- she’s the queen of tipping water everywhere what can I say🤣My cat seems happy so I’m happy, if you’re looking for a cat fountain this one is the one.

Easy to setup it came Saturday but my cat was a bit unsure about it but Sunday she Started to drink from it, it saves me time putting fresh water down a couple of times a day, my cat is a cross bengal and fussy, I would recommend to anyone with a cat and probably good for a dog to. And it is very quiet you don't even hear it at the dead of night.

Good capacity water fountain and it is very quiet. The downside is the very short lead which isn’t long enough to reach from the floor to the plug on the kitchen counter so I have to use an extension lead for it.

Hele fijne fontein. In vergelijking met een ander merk, werkt de motor na een jaar nog steeds. Ook is alles goed schoon te maken. Hij is ook echt stil. Ik hoor hem alleen wanneer het water bij op is, maar ook dan is hij stil. Dit is zeker een aanrader

Took the cat some getting used to, but once there was no other option, she became accustomed to it.She now enjoys it very much :)Super silent, with a handy light for night time.Would be nice if the cord were a bit longer though; I had to use a USB-A extension which I luckily had lying around.
