The Switch seems well made, Ive only had it in use for a week, so that's the reason for 4 stars. Howeverit was very easy to install, ( make sure you have a white neutral wire ) . The WiFi connected immediately,and since I have other devices already connected, Alexa found it ,no additional configuration required. So far I'm very pleased with this device!

I received a pack of 2 switches that had both obviously been previously installed judging by the severely twisted wires and some dirt smudges and missing screws.I already had some other identical switches installed when I ordered these.I installed both of these "used" ones and they both seem to work fine.I sent emails to MICMI customer support addresses but they never even acknowledged them.I don't know if it was they or Amazon who shipped me the used switches.SO, DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have 5 of these switches installed and all seem to work well so far with the Smart Life app or Alexa.These switches come with single-gang switch plates but I always seem to need to install them in 2-gang or 3-gang boxes to replace existing manual switches. All the switches and switch covers in our new house are Eaton brand. Their switches have slightly rounded corners whereas these switches are more square. The result is that I typically have to take a knife or file and square out the corners of the switch plate hole for this switch so I can install them.These switches are supported by the Smart Life app. I am having problems with these and other switches with the Smart Life app/servers. When I setup automations triggered on sunset, they only run the first sunset. Google says other folks are having the problem too. I have been interacting with Smart Life for weeks now without any progress toward problem resolution. Automations work fine for time-scheduled jobs.

Verye easy to install, and connected right away with my Google Home setup. Nice that it comes with two wall plates.....one white and the other more off white or ivory like.So far haven't had any connectivity problems.

Great price and pairs and works great with Alexa and my show and dot's without purchasing a bridge.... This is just a on off switch not a dimmer. They do not claim it to be a dimmer just pointing out. Manual switch seems like it may not last but mine still function fine. I was worried as we were doing a remodel and without wi fi the switches had to be used manually by all trades daily for a few weeks. They all still function fine...just feels like it may not last, may just be me. Switches are easy to install, app works fine and they pair with Alexa flawlessly after installing the app. They also come with their own screwless faceplate...bonus. All in all I do recommend these.

These switches work just fine. I have Wemo switches installed as well in my home, and these had no problem installing or connecting to WiFi. Works well with Alexa.The only annoying parts are the bright light it emits, and the fact that the green light is on when the switch is off, and the red light is on when the switch is turned on....seems backwards to me. Other than that, easy to install and connect to WiFi. We’ll see how long they last as other reviews stated they don’t last years.

I use the Smartlife app from Tuya with seversl different brands of smart devices. I have zero interest in introducing another app so the compatibility issue is an absolute requirement.This switch works as descibed and takes up less space in the electrical box than others on the market.

One of the switches (half of the number I ordered) disconnects from the network everyday. I have to reset it manually and then it is immediately recognized by the Smart Life App.It is therefore unusable. :(

Lost one star because the wires are just too short to make it an easy installation.If each of the wires are just one inch longer, it would've made the installation a lot easier.Everything you need is in the box including the covers.The button is also very neat, unlike the other buttons that looks too busy, some has more than one light indicator. This one has green when it's turned off and red when the light is on.Smart Life app just works, no frills comes with a scheduler like other smart devices.I do not have Alexa, but have the Google home and it works like a charm once it was synced up to the Smart Life app.I didn't have any lag using the app to turn on and off.

Lasted about 13 months....4 of these switches in use, 1 is on 8 to 16 hours per day,, stopped functioning yesterday, April 2 2022 ..No lights on switch.. DEAD !Had to replace, dropping power to restart the switch, did not work..

The price is good and esay to use and install but they are made really cheap! I have a big house and installed them all over the house and every month I have one breaking on me! They either stop working for automation or stop working all together. Every time I install a new one I have to reprogram my automations for that switch! Save your money and buy a better quality
