The bits have a lot of wiggle when in the wrench, and the little metal snap rings make the bits very difficult to remove. The wiggle resulted in extra tightening to ensure it would remove the battery cover, because it would just move around the edge of the watch back beforehand.As a result, the tips it slipped off, snapped inward, and scratched (more like gouged) the back of my watch. I was replacing the batteries in many of my high end watches in order to sell them, and the value decreased substantially with this Rolex.The blue case tool is just a pain. if you decide to purchase this, please purchase a small piece of hard foam as an insert. The box doesn't include one, and ALL the tiny bits fall out if the box is tipped to the side, and this box has over a dozen bits of varying sizes, and they're difficult to distinguish from another. Some are star heads, while others a small flat heads, and others are round or triangle. I thought I was purchasing decent quality tools with all the bits needed to do the job, but discovered my mistake. Nice case, very poor design.Stick with a simple battery replacement tool, or, in my case, just pay the jewelery store a few bucks and have them change all your watch betteries. As I said, I had many watch batteries to replace, but will never use this thing again.

Product arrived on time and in great condition. I really only needed the larger wrench, so there was additional value to have the smaller wrench included. The larger wrench is just what I needed, though, as I am now able to replace the batteries of my larger timepieces whose batteries died months ago. Although I found the wrench to work well, I suppose that it could be a bit more ergonomically designed.

You get what you pay for. I'm not a professional watch repairer by any means but I do like doing things on my own instead of paying someone else to do it for me. The attachments for the tools are already worn out after a couple of uses, the tools themselves are pretty sturdy. To me this was more of an educational purchase, I know now that I would have to find something of better quality.

These tools were a disappointment,.. you get what you pay for.Not the highest quality. They worked once after struggling with them,cheaply made and poor fitting....have not used them since.

This item is clearly used. I bought new. Not used.It has finger prints on everything.

Not a great set. Cheaply made and some parts did not fit into the handle. I had to return.
