1. Does it comes with the finger print pad? 2. Does comes with the ink? Thank you.

No ink no pad, this is only for the cards

Are these the same as the fd-258LE?

I'm not sure. Put this into a search engine. Are fd-258LE and FD-258 the same

Do these cards arrive with the left corner notched as shown?

Hello, yes, they have the left corner notch as shown. Thanks

Is this the latest version of the card? (2017)

High-Quality Fingerprint Cards, Perfect for Official Use

These FD-258 fingerprint cards are exactly what we needed. The card stock is good quality, prints come out clear, and the layout is correct for applicant and official fingerprinting. They work well with standard fingerprint ink pads and don’t smudge easily. The 25-pack is convenient and a great value, especially for regular use. Reliable, professional-quality cards that meet requirements and perform as expected.
