Great fun! I'm playing it with only a Radeon HD6450 graphics card - this is pretty much the limit for this card but it is a good match. Like so many games so much more fun via an XBox 360 controller for windows.

The game details great places with a kind of middling difficulty, along with a simpler interface it deals well with complex track layouts and car mechanics that lead you to perfect each corner and yet have fun all over the tracks. In all a good game and an upside in driving a professional way, with harder contenders but furthering madness and many difficulty settings...Note : Starts in Window on my system and Alt-Enter's! Good Time!

Never bored with it
I've had this game for ages and I've not long completed it! It was worth it and what a game!! Never bored with it, never so frustrated I break something with it.. Just enjoy it all the time.. I hope Dirt 3 and Showdown will be the same....

Made for console ported to PC
Obviously this game was written for console (X Box) and has been ported across to PC. As anybody who has had a game like this before it is full of problems. Windows LIVE - when I signed in it said there was an update, I updated, restarted the game and it said there was an update again. I did this 3 times and install which took 2 hours. I switched it off and then windows came up and said it had an update for windows LIVE. So I updated that , re-started the game and went through the update yet again and this time the game started, we are now looking at 3 hours. The game itself has mandatory video which is irritating, you can't set any controls until you are actually in a race and this is the first PC game I have ever had that the mouse does not work at all in the game. The game might be okay but after 4 hours I had had enough, threw it at the back of the room and it is still there. If you have tons of patience you might get to play it, I wasted a full afternoon with this - I can't really put here what I think of it. This has got nothing to do with the seller. Not the Colin McRae game I was expecting
On the plus side, the is the best looking Rally game to date. Looks and sounds amazing.On the negative side. Please, Codemasters, go back to its roots. Stop appealing to the American market with so many unnecessary and annoying Americans constantly interupting the game saying "dude" and "awesome" all the time. Became such a pain I had to turn down the voice volume which also turned off the co-driver voice - not good. Make a PROPER rally game.
