These tail scrubbers are a great price and ship quickly, but once on the tail, they don't last as long as the more expensive tails - so i go through them more quickly.

Once you take them out of the package, they puff up in the water. They seem to be very durable, and last a good amount of time. I've had one on my whip for two weeks now and it is still in good shape. I run my sweep for 1.5 hours each night.

Made flimsy

I tried these thinking what's the worst that could happen. If I hated them, they're about the same price as a 2-pack at the pool store. Simply put: Amazing. They fit the Polaris well and have stayed on as good as the name brand stuff. Do not be shocked that they come in a vacuum sealed bag. They will ship like that packed down. Open them up, grab 1 or 2, and run them under warm water like another review stated. They will slowly puff back out just like a store bought one. I'm a fan of these and do not normally write long reviews unless it's a product worth the time. I'm not paid by anyone. Just a homeowner who has saved some $$$ finding this product on Amazon.

This is the one to get if you're looking for a decent replacement for the expensive Polaris scrubber tail. The foam has a dense elastic consistency that is similar to the original Polaris scrubbers. Product arrives in a flat vacuum packaged bag. Remove and let it sit for a few minutes for it to achieve the cylindrical shape. Liked it so much that I ordered 3 more packages just in case this provider goes away or changes the formula.I have purchased foam tail scrubbers from other providers on Amazon in the past, only to be disappointed by the poor quality. My major gripe with those previously purchased scrubbers is that the foam is not dense, similar to the lightweight foam used for shipping packages, so they tear easily and wear out very quickly.

Read through the negative review first. Mostly that they distorted and cut improperly. Wasn't the case for me. I removed the scrubbers from the vacuum pack sealed back and took one of them and drizzled some tap water on it. Didn't take long for it to form it self back into shape. Seems pretty good so far.These just like the Polaris scrubbers are a maintenance item that needs to be replaced every 90 to 120 hours of use.I'll update this review after I go through a couple of them.

These tail sweeps really are good! A firmer texture, these wear well and don’t fall apart quickly the way some other cheap brands have. I can’t remember if I read this on here but I thought I would share this tip for anyone who thinks they got scammed out of quality sweeps. After the vacuum sealed package is opened, put the sweeps in a tub of cool water. Reshaping them is easy by placing both index fingers in the center and rotating them by twiddling your fingers. The water helps loosen them. After they have all dried store the until ready for use.
