Love the product, honestly packs on strength. I came to the conclusion there is no point in being strong in big push pull movements if you can't translate strength into forearm strength and practical strength. I do jiu jitsu and honestly this has already started to build out a lot of strength in traps, forearms (particularly outside) and central pecs. It's a really untapped exercise region. I also boulder and this has counteracted some of the elbow issues I was having there. 70kg is really really difficult.

Great piece of equipment but definitely NOT for beginners - I brought 90kg Gold after easily bending the HaoYing Gray 100kg and can only make the smallest bend in it. Can feel that I will be able to in the coming years but must keep at it. Real sense of achievement when you bend these as depend on real strength. Buy one but be prepared to be humbled......

This line of Power Twister from Itta Haoying, the Gold Line is the best twisters out there. The feedback from the springs is amazing. And even the 60kg would be a struggle for most men as the start is very hard. Very high quality in the steel in the spring, and it will keep it's strengt for many years. From 100kg and up you have to be an elite athlet to close it. If you want wrist of steel, strong biceps, shoulders, and chest, This is the Twister to buy.

Prior to buying the 60 kg and 70 kg versions of this bar from ITTA, I bought bars from the cheaper brands graduating from 30 kg to 40 kg to 50 kg to 60 kg. When I could do 25 reps of the 60 kg bar, I naturally wanted to progress to 70 kg, but I could not find any from the cheaper brands; and so I purchased the ITTA Gold 70 kg. I could not, and still cannot, bend it a single millimetre. I downgraded to the ITTA 60 kg; however, I can exercise with it only when I bend it over my knee. It will be a while before I can bend it unaided. Please be aware, when you upgrade from the cheaper models out there.

This 70kg gold feels and is alot harder than a 100kg twister that I have that is not a cheap one either. If you intend to train with this and you can close a cheaper 60 or 80kg then you still will not close this gold 70kg. It's around the equivalent of a 100/110 normal twister. I'm shocked at how tough this is. Brutal. So if you intend to buy these gold level twisters then be ready to start again. Get a 50kg to start.. I would say that feels like a 80kg normal twister. Good luck...

Gute Verarbeitung. Vergleichsweise zu anderen Biegestangen ein zu hoher Anfangs / Knickwiederstand! --> für den durchschnittlichen trainierten Mann kaum zu bewältigen! Endwiderstand entspricht perfekt der Beschreibung: --> 29kg laut Waage ×2=58kg --> i.o. 7 Tage Lieferzeit trotz Lagerware -> zu lang! Aus diesen zwei negativen Punkten muss ich leider einen Punkt abziehen.

Die Biegehantel ist von sehr guter Qualität und ich habe mit 50 kg Widerstand angefangen. 70 kg waren anfangs unmöglich. Nach einigen Wochen Training gingen die 70 kg auch für 10 Wdh und ich habe mir die 90 kg bestellt... Diese fühlt sich momentan auch noch wie eine solide Stahlstange an, aber ich bin mir sicher das ich in einigen Wochen auch im Stand bin sie zu biegen. Ein progressives Training ist also sehr gut möglich... Jedoch sollte man wissen das selbst die 50 kg sehr starke Handgelenke und Unterarme erfordern... Nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Biegehanteln... Deshalb lieber zu leicht starten... Alles in allem ein super Trainingsgerät für oft vergessene aber imens wichtige Muskeln und Gelenke

This unit was impossible for any of the 7 fitness crew I tried it on to workout with. Only 2 men could even bend it once. The rest just looked at me like I was joking. I couldn't do it at all, too old and too worried about increasing shoulder injuries instead of exercising the joints.

Als erstes kaufte ich mir die Profi Königsfeder Biegehantel mit 3-Gewichtsmodus (30kg,40kg,50kg) . Ich habe damit schnell gute Fortschritte erreicht - 30 Wiederholungen im engsten Griff (50kg Widerstand). Dann kaufte ich mir folgerichtig - so dachte ich - DIESE Biegehantel (50kg) . Es ist "KRASS" und "niemals nur 50kg" Widerstand , was diese Biegehantel abverlangt ! Anfangs ging der Anknick nur über den Oberschenkel... einfach Brutal . Widerholungen kann ich auch nur ,mit Fitness Handschuhen mit Handgelenk Unterstützung , ausführen . Diese Biegehantel ist für mich (mit mitte 60)-mit Sicherheit - die höchste Belastung , die ich mir zumuten kann , ohne mich zu verletzen . Schließlich soll der Sport auch noch Spaß machen... Wer natürlich noch Jung ist wird sich weiter steigern wollen und können . Viel Spaß mit dieser Biegehantel .Ich kann sie nur Weiterempfehlen .
