Tools are good quality, my only issue was one of the pliers tip broke off. I was using it a lot and gripping the hoses, I beat the tool 🔧 pretty good and broke the tip...

Many styles to pick from and made my thermostat housing replacement so much easier. I especially loved using the one with the long cable to reach the hose clamps at the back of the engine.

Helped so much with my project on my ram today. But then the cable end came off. Not the end of the world I had caps to fix it.But make sure the cable cap is pinched on good

This hose clamp pliers set is extremely handy, especially for working in tight engine bays. The long-reach and cable-style pliers make it much easier to access clamps that would be frustrating with regular pliers. The different styles in the kit cover pretty much any hose clamp situation I’ve run into.The tools feel solid and well made, and everything stores neatly in the case. I used these for coolant and heater hose work and they saved a lot of time and effort. Definitely one of those tool sets you don’t realize how much you need until you have it.Great value for the price and highly recommended for DIYers or anyone who works on cars regularly.

As someone who spends a lot of time working on cars, this 9-piece hose clamp plier kit is a real time saver. The different pliers give you options for just about every type of clamp you’ll run into, from standard spring clamps to those stubborn ones in hard-to-reach spots. The cable-style pliers are especially useful for tight engine bays, and they hold strong without slipping. The grip on each tool feels solid, and the build quality seems durable enough for repeated use. Having them all in a case keeps everything organized, and I don’t waste time hunting around for the right tool. If you do any serious automotive work, this set is well worth having in your toolbox.

Quite possibly the poorest quality of tools I have ever bought.I mainly bought this kit for the remote tool to remove several heater hose clamps on my 17 Ford Explorer Sport. Many of the clips connecting to the intake manifold face underneath, making it nearly impossible to attach regular pliers to remove it.I was able to easily maneuver the remote end of tool to grab onto the clips and then squeezed down on the handle. The tool’s design prevent this style Ford clip to be able open the clip far enough to even slightly loosen the clamp. The tang on the clamp hits the opening on the tool which stops it from expanding any further. Also the ratcheting function seems defective. There are approximately 8 teeth on the mechanism, but it only works on 3, thus making it essentially useless to hold.I tried all of the tools and none of the ones in this kit work on the Ford hose clamps with this design.I was able to find some extra long needle nosed pliers to rotate the clamp and then finally get it off with regular channel locks.Needless to say, it’s going back.
