Great product
This actually allows me to warm up on a higher resistance and is comfortable to use.

Excellent product. High quality and smooth to use. Great aide to the conventional CoC grippers.

Nice and/but smooth
Nice but rather smooth, slippy handles. Very different feel from standard IM COC gripper. Strengh like aversge IM #2.5.Dan

Great quality
Great quality. Really good for working the intrinsic muscles of the hand as well as developing grip strength / hand rehab. Select the crorrect weighting for your needs.

How hard are they? Here is my take...
Awesome build quality. They feel really nice in your hand. The perfect gripper for those who do not want to get blisters and callouses all over their hands. If you're into the heavier grippers, you will find the #1 and the #2 are great for warm-up sets. How difficult are they vs regular COC grippers? Its hard to compare them because what really makes these grippers a challenge is the fact that their silky-smooth surface and wider starting position kind of force you into taking the no-set close approach. Here is my take:-The trainer is very easy and could be closed by most people who have never used grippers.-The 1 is somewhere between the sport and the trainer -still very easy (If you have never used grippers buy this one first)-If you can close the Zenith 2 you would be able to close the COC #1-#1.5Now it gets much harder...-I'm able to do ~4reps with the coc #2 and Gillingham #5 and am about 2-3mm away from closing the COC 2.5 and the Gillingham #6, yet can barely just touch the handles on the Zenith #3 for one rep! This is where you notice how much the smooth surface of the Zenith adds to the challenge in a huge way.-The Zenith #4 is a massive step up from the Zenith #3. It feels impossible to me. Don't even bother buying this one unless you can close the 3 or 3.5 (my best guess) ...or in the event that you just want a really cool looking paper weight for your desk

Great desk buddy
New to practical shooting sports and realized I need to improve my grip strength. I have delicate desk jockey hands, so the CoC originals seemed a bit aggressive for the grip checkering (a few reviews about them being tough on soft hands). These Zenith's are perfect - I stumbled across them at the bottom of the IronMind website. I started with the Trainer weight and thought it was almost a bit too challenging when I started two weeks ago. I could close them about 10-15 times per hand and my palm seemed bruised the next day (after probably too many sets of reps the first day I got them). I took a break for a day then limited myself to a set of reps in the morning and evening. Two weeks later I'm to 25+ reps per hand and doing 2-3 sets about 3x a day. I'm already debating how long until I upgrade to the #1's, but I'd be content to keep at the Trainer resistance as a good desk buddy. My typing wrists loosen up considerably after I squeeze off a few sets too. Much more manly than a stress ball and it should last forever!UPDATE 9/9/16:Started using these on my commute drive 2-3 times a day instead of at my desk. Developed a slight spring creak after a few months, not sure how to remedy but I don't care enough at this point since I'm the only one in the car. I got up to about 50 reps with both hands which get the heart rate pumping pretty good too.Thinking I wanted to increase my grip strength (and earn some manly callouses), so I just purchased the CoC #1. However, I'm wishing I would have went with a CoC Sport or maybe CoC 0.5 instead. I can't close the CoC #1 with one hand (barely with both hands...yes, I'm still an office desk jockey). The Zenith Trainer does not equal CoC Trainer!

Another great Ironmind product!
This gripper is well-made and works as advertised (as with all of the other Ironmind grippers and other strength products I have purchased over the years). A little easier on the skin than COC grippers but does not slip when compressed, as the smooth finish might lead one to believe.

Significant Improvement
IronMind’s Zenith gripper is a real game changer for a 75 year old guy. After suffering a stroke a few years ago I started using a hand gripper to improve and maintain my hand and forearm strength. It works beautifully; however, as I got older my skin became thinner, and I could no longer tolerate the discomfort of the knurled handles on my old IronMind Captains of Crunch gripper.I recreantly switched to an IronMind Zenith gripper.Wow, what an improvement the Zenith gripper is over my old Captains of Crunch gripper. The slightly larger and smooth handles on the Zenith gripper makes it a pleasure to use a gripper.

beautiful build quality, no. 3 too easy.
absolutely lovely quality. however, i bought the no. 3 and it's pretty easy, so i will have to get the no. 4 now. i do train with my many other grippers and i would say i'm at the c of c level 2 and can nearly do 2.5, so the Zenith no. 3 is not worth getting if you're at a similar level. another reviewer said the no. 4 is a huge step up, so it will be interesting.
