Faux Leather Oval Placemats Set of 4, Wine Red

Placemats are pretty, thick material, durable and very easy to clean. Great quality.

These have held up really well with kids using them daily which is the true test for any placemat. They wipe clean easily after messy meals, don’t slide around on the table, and haven’t shown any signs of wear despite regular use and frequent cleaning. The set of 8 is perfect for a family plenty to go around and have extras. They look nice enough for everyday use and sturdy enough to actually handle it. Exactly what you want when you have little ones at the table.

Great for oval tables. Easy to wash and it resists the heat of very hot plates. Good quality and price. The color is perfect.

Disclaimer: Product descriptions typically provide information about what products claim to do, so I like to focus my reviews more on the negative aspects of products to make other people aware of issues or concerns before purchasing. My reviews are based on specific tests that I conduct, so others may not experience the same results or share the same opinion. Overview: I have a small breakfast nook table for my elderly parents to eat on and I wanted to find a placemat for it so it can catch crumbs to protect the table top and I came across this product by BARTHKIT. Negative(s): -Cleaning -Non-slip Do any of the negative(s) affect my overall rating and/or recommendation? Yes. I knocked off a star due to a couple of concerns I had with these placemats. These placemats have the same texture on both sides which has shallow grooves. I think this makes it non-slip but also makes it a little difficult to wipe clean. Dirt wipes off easily but you have to apply a bit of pressure to get in the grooves. Also, whatever the material is seems to stay wet as you can see in my photo after I wiped it with a slightly damp paper towel. As I mentioned, the grooves seem to make it non-slip but it's not like immovable. It does slide a little bit but less than other mats that are made out of fabric. That's what I really wanted out of placemats and it works in that regard. I also needed placemats that were one the smaller side since my table is only 23.5" x 23.5" so it's just right for that. I do like the round edge design, which makes it look unique compared to standard rectangular placemats. I haven't tested its heat resistance but I have placed hot plates on it and have one under my airfryer and it seems to withstand that level of heat without any issues. Overall, if you're looking for some good quality placemats that are smaller in size and more non-slip than other types/styles of placemats, then these could work for you and I would recommend this product.

Love it! Will order more. The blue placemat is really nice. Cleans up good. Just a little soap and water on a sponge. Works every time.

Quality placemats. They look great. They stay in place. They’re exactly for what we were searching. Highly recommended.

Very durable and seem like they’ll last a long time. I’ve been using them for two months now. They’re easy to wipe clean and wash, stay securely in place on the table, and don’t slip. A great choice!

Nice placemats for my dining room and the color was perfect.

easy to wipe clean. good heat resistant.
