Big Ass Juicer
Like so many Italian things, this juicer looks great, but doesnt feel like it is built very well. Everything shakes, nothing feels solid or well-made. But, so far (two days use) it squeezes the hell out of limes and that is its job. So I guess it's okay. I just wonder for how long.

absolute piece of garbage
absolute piece of garbage. the juicer came with loose screws, so ill fitted that they were jammed in one place. One of the screws did come off eventually, but when i tried to put it back again to align it, it would only twist in at an incline. just one of the worst made juicers out there. No wonder there are so many returned/used items for sale on this juicer. Don't know ow what they're charging a $100+ for. avoid wasting your time. also i tried contacting the seller, asking them to send me good screws, and did not get a single reply.

Better than the alternatives
Bittersweet. Looks great on the counter and it works. But it’s definitely janky. Joints are loose and it’s impossible to tighten. Not typical hardware. Also, the perch that you put the fruit on is so frustrating to get lined up. Also, requires some muscle. My wife is in great shape - works out 5 days a week… she make me do it because she can’t pull the lever down enough to get all the juice out of an orange

Artisan must mean crooked
Let me start by saying that this product actually works despite the numerous problems in its construction. I happen to be a welder and mechanic, which is a good thing, because this juicer needed a LOT of work: 1) The main upright leaned to one side by twelve degrees (I measured). 2) The base wobbled (I was able to shave down one of the rubber feet to correct this). 3) There were metal burrs inside the squeezing strainer that could have detached and wound up in someone’s drink (I ground and polished the interior of the strainer). 4) I washed the fruit-contacting pieces in the dishwasher and they came out covered with a greasy dark gray film. Easy enough to hand wash them, but it would have been nice to be warned. Bar Keeper’s Friend and a good scrubbing fixed the problem. After taking the unit apart, spending considerable time with files and emory cloth to straighten the main shaft, and introducing nylon washers to take the slop out if the lever mechanism, it finally works as it should. I guess I should have returned it, but I really like the overall aesthetic of the squeezer, and now I have far too much time invested to give it up. “Artisan” should mean “artfully made by hand.” It should never mean “sloppy and poorly made.”

Could of had better workmanship.
The bolts are off center. Quality should have been better.

Gave it as a gift, they loved it
The bad ratings didn’t read enough. This is sand casted so it’s bound to have imperfections and you are able to get another if the imperfections are an issue. Cut into 1/4 for the best juicing. Easy squeezing. Removal parts for cleaning. The size is bigger than I thought but a good (not too big) statement piece. Easy to use.

Crap
Extremely crooked and too light. You have to hold the base to even press the lever or else it will fall over.

Extracts maximum lime juice!
This thing crushes limes. My Margarita productivity has improved exponentially. Don’t expect machining to precise tolerances, but when you juicing limes it does not matter. It’s found a permanent home on the bar. Highly recommended!

Faulty product and misleading product information
The product had multiple issues, including a faulty frame, a handle that caused discomfort, and inadequate information regarding its suitability for larger citrus fruits.
