Our new TV came with a remote that was just too small for my husband's large fingers, plus the buttons were hard to read as they were so little. This remote is so much better. Even though it is a lot bigger than the remote that came with the TV it still fits nicely in my hand which is half the size of my husband's. I linked it to my Sony Smart TV in about 2 seconds and I was ready to go. There is a direct button for Netflix and Google Play, but there is also an Apps button that takes you to the rest of your apps. Alternatively, you can just hold the microphone button and just say what you want to watch. Either way it is always quick & easy to get to your favorite shows.

It feels and look solid but the response time to the TV IS SLOWWWW

Barely worked. The volume button always sticks and now the power and back buttons don't work at all

I’m that dude that always loses my tv remote so this particular item was a saving grace for me! Using this was as easy as popping in some batteries and pointing it at the tv’s IR to get it running. Easiest setup ever. In terms of this remote in comparison to the manufacturer one there is a difference in the texture and tactile clickiness of the buttons but not in any way bad, just different. Overall, getting this to connect and build of the product passes all the marks. Especially when it fixes having to hunt for the one misplaced remote. I can say with comfort that you should get this is you need that extra remote! Hope the insight helps, cheers! :^)
