Overall very good design and comfortable.
Compared 3 different braces. This one was the lightest and could actually wear under my shirt.Material used was very comfortable compared to the others.Thinner straps make it much more comfortable over an 8 hour period. The only negative - it will tend to get twisted from time to time - I needed to readjust as needed.Overall very good design and comfortable.==== Update October 2019 ====It has been over a year and it still works well.It is the lightest one I could find that works well under my clothes. If it pinches - I will loosen the Velcro straps - needed to work with it to get the most comfortable fit. This model is not very large or heavy - but I really like the light material and how easy it is wear.

Seems to work
The first time I wore this was while working at home on my computer. It definitely helped keep me from slouching while sitting. The pull it has is moderate. You could fight it and continue slouching if you didn't want to put any effort in. It's more of a constant reminder to pull your shoulders back. I did feel like the circulation in my arms was being slightly restricted, but not to the point of being bothersome. After several hours, my upper back began popping and adjusting to my "new" posture (it's not like I never stand up straight but this increases the time I spend standing or sitting straight). I am assuming that's a good thing and that it will help with overall muscular/skeletal position and strengthening over time.I'll try to post an update after several months. If I remember to, that should mean it was working.Update: I lost the dang thing and never used it for more than a week or so. If I ever find it again, I'd be happy to try wearing it again.

Very helpful product
Very useful!! As a caregiver I am constantly lifting my toddler and have become painfully out of alignment over the last 18 months. This product has been a great help in keeping my spine straight and feeling strong. This has also been helpful for my mother who also suffers from back problems and scoliosis. Would recommend to others

Back to the Drawing Board
This product falls short of the mark. It needs more design work. First, it is very difficult to put on without help. Once you get it on the neoprene back is not strong enough to pull the shoulders back. Design-wise the the back needs something to hold it lower on the person’s back since, once on, it rides up and provides no support to the shoulders. While the concept is a good idea I think it’s back to the drawing board for this one.

Appears to work
So far, this seems to be working. Like other reviews mention, it's a little awkward getting on, but once on, the Velcro stays put. Despite adding thinner straps, this does still dig into arm pits. It's not terribly uncomfortable, but definitely noticeable. I would not recommend for wear under form fitting tops (for women) as the shape will certainly show through. This seems to work best under an open sweater, loose and flowy tops. For someone who works at a desk all day, it is nice to have this reminder to sit up straighter and keep shoulders back. Hit or miss for recommending this product - it seems like there are many similar ones out there.

Adjustable, rides up a lil
Easy to fit cause it’s adjustable. I felt like it was riding up in the back so I wear it upside down and I feel like it helps to keep my shoulders down and thoracic spine straighter.

Not what I thought it would be.
This item was one of incorrect item I ever purchase. I will never buy anything for you again. I was so small it would not fix my wife. An she a small woman. It would not be worth why to try to return.

Very happy with this
Purchased for my Uncle who recently had a cervical fusion and is having trouble with his posture. It has helped tremendously as a reminder when he starts to roll his shoulders forward.
