Galbani Bocconcini, Bite Sized Fresh Mozzarella, 8 oz

I bought this to make some margarita pizza. I'm pleased to say it turned out delicious. You can also eat them as is with a little evoo and salt.This was a part of an Amazon Fresh order I made in Dec 2016. This is a product that I normally buy at the supermarket and it arrived at the same quality although it was a wee bit more expensive, it was worth it because it was delivered to me in the comfort of my home. The expiration date was at a proper time (about 2 weeks), little different from when I buy it at the supermarket.

Taste is wonderful. The product expiration date was unfortunately only a week out and these are known to keep longer...I needed to use it sooner than I was hoping but overall a great fresh Mozzarella perfect for an appetizer with a little olive oil, fresh tomatoes, basil, salt and balsamic. I also serve diced with salads. Yum.

This is what fresh mozzarella should be like. Great taste, perfect pliable and stringy texture of a pulled mozzarella product.

Delicious and healthy snack and dinner for the whole family. I give it to my kids for snack and they love it. Put it on toothpicks with cherry tomatoes and it becomes a fun appetizer.

Same price that I find at trader joes. Very good quality-
