Bought by mistake and am thrilled!
I clicked the Sea Salt and Vinegar accidentally. I didn't realize it until the order arrived. This is a flavor I would never have tried, intentionally. Wow, am I glad I made that mistake. I love the flavor and this product in general. This brand is selling 10-ounce bags of jerky for less money than national brands and their 8-ounce bags. This purchase was the second flavor I have tried. Tillamook's teriyaki flavor is great, as well. Again, great taste, 2 oz more product for less money than national brands. Do the math!

Fantastic! Ordered a pound from another company and it was so hard I had to cut it with scissors. This jerky I'm pulling apart with my hands. Perfect texture. Amazing flavor. Very happy. Also it was even less expensive. Customer for life.

Usually the best
This is by far my favorite jerky that is kinda widely available. It would be 5 stars if they could get the consistency down. When it is on it is on, but once in a long bit they'll have a bag with more fat than meat in it.

Consistent quality
Never had a bad bag, either opened, or moldy, past the date, etc. Whenever these pop up on my sale page, I pick up a bag or two.

Flavorful but Quality Control could use some work!
For every 1-2 delicious pieces you get 1-2 that are primarily fat or 1-2 that are so gristly they can't be chewed fully - I wound up chewing them for several minutes and ultimately spit them out as they never properly broke up enough to swallow. Overall it was a mixed bag and perhaps I simply got an anomaly. Overall the jerky is tender and the flavor is great but the pieces themselves can be very inconsistent in quality. I was going to recommend based on the solid portion you get for the money, but about 1/4 or more of the bag had "problem pieces" that were very fatty or inedibly tough.

Great Jerkey!
Some have complained about it being too sweet. It definitely is, compared to say Jack Links. But it was very tender .... and had a good little bite to it. After a few bites, the sweet did not bother me at all! Will definitely purchase again ...

Not shoe leather
Great taste and little excess fat. The meat is soft and moist.

Good taste, good value.
Good flavour. Right mix of sweetness from the brown sugar and salt. Not too dry either. I just wished there was more of it. One complain I have is that the ziploc was way too tight. Ripped the bag trying to get it undone. I'll definitely be trying the other flavours.
