I thought the JBL was supposed to have good quality earphones with bass, but when I used it, man, I was disappointed. The feel of the bass was almost negligible. I checked on multiple devices and tried manipulating the EQ to give it some bass, but that bass felt hollow—nothing compared to other earphones in this price range. My old Mi earphones have better bass than this, and those were only around Rs.400. Now I can't even return the product. The only thing good about the product was the low sounds; those were enhanced. Basically, the treble is much more than the bass, giving it a louder sound. If this is THE SIGNATURE SOUND OF JBL, then it's totally OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED. I'll update this review if I get it returned or repaired; until then, DO NOT BUY IT. Update: Got it changed from the service center; different product, same issue. These earphones are not recommended for music lovers and bass heads. The only good thing about these earphones is that the low sounds are very high, and you can clearly listen to those sounds, which is quite a unique case scenario for which anyone would be buying these earphones. The company should remove the claim for good bass, as my Rs.400 Mi earphones give better bass and have better balanced sounds, which also seamlessly work with the in-built equalizer.

I recently purchased a JBL earphone, expecting a high-quality sound experience based on the brand's reputation. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall performance. The sound quality is not as good as I had hoped—it lacks clarity, depth, and bass, which makes listening to music or watching videos less enjoyable. The audio often feels flat, and the highs and lows are not well balanced. I had chosen JBL because of its strong presence in the audio market and positive reviews, but unfortunately, this particular product did not meet my expectations. I believe that for the price I paid, there are better options available with richer sound and better comfort. I was genuinely looking forward to enjoying music on the go, but this product has left me unsatisfied. I would appreciate it if JBL could look into improving the audio tuning and overall performance of this model in future versions. I am now looking for a proper earphone that delivers clear sound, good bass, and consistent performance—something I can rely on daily for both entertainment and calls. Hopefully, my feedback can help others make a more informed choice.

I'm very disappointed by the product JBL C200SI. It's not durable at all & may break anytime. The sound quality is okayish. And the microphone is worse. Too much noise during calls and very annoying. Note I was in calm room, yet the noise. I wish I can't return this product. I would say not worth at all for this price. I think if it's a fake product.

Recently, I bought these earphones after using Boat Rockerz 510 wireless headphones for the past six years without any issues. I initially purchased the same Boat Rockerz headphones in 2018 on Amazon. Unfortunately, due to my mistake, I accidentally dropped the Boat Rockerz 510 headphones, and one side speaker driver failed. As a result, I decided to buy a new pair. Initially, I searched for the same Boat Rockerz 510 on Amazon, but it was out of stock. After exploring various headphones, I chose to try JBL. While browsing JBL's wireless headphone options with different models and price ranges, I came across the JBL C200SI. After watching some YouTube videos providing both positive and negative feedback, I checked Amazon for the same JBL C200SI headphones. Many reviews highlighted numerous issues, leaning towards the negative side. Despite this, I trusted the JBL brand and went ahead to order these headphones. I received them after three days, and my first impression was average. However, as I started using the JBL C200SI headphones regularly, problems began to surface. The first issue I encountered was the microphone not working, and the inbuilt button on the headphones was unresponsive. Over time, the sound from the left side speaker decreased significantly, leaving only the right side speaker functioning properly. Eventually, the left side speaker became completely non-functional. In conclusion, I strongly advise against wasting your money on this subpar product.

Noise cancellation is average. Voice good but with some noise. Don’t keep high expectations Thinking JBL. It is a mass product
