Love the Nanovita Nostril Shaper
I love the Nanovita Nostril Retainer, Nostril Shaping After Nose Surgery, Nostril Retainer Rhinoplasty, Nose Shaper Device Made of 100% Medical Silicone, Nose pad for Surgery, Nostril Support Device (7) I have a deviated septum and 2 holes in my septum which whistle when breathing in. Not only that but while I’m sleeping, the one part will lay over in my nostril blocking the breathing at night. So I’m constantly turning over and over to unblock the one side then the other side will get blocked. I got the Nanovita in the size 7 which fits perfectly, you’ll want it a little snug. It comes with a clear plastic case and you can sterilize it with boiling water first (it tells you a line to pour the water up to from your kettle). Then dry it off and fit it into your nostrils. I used mine about an hour so far and it helped me breathe better. I think I might try a size 6 next time, only because further back my nostril openings are smaller. But I would definitely get more and hopefully be able to sleep with it in to help with the septum.

Sizing Chart is Off
Sizing is completely off, I ordered Size 6, but the diameter ended up being identical to Size 5! Size 5 was too small, so I ordered Size 6, but it had the same length and diameter as Size 5! On another note, I ordered Size 9 too to see, and the width was 26mm and not 24mm. So inaccurate and disappointing.
