NEVER PURCHASE!
The buttons contradict the instructions (even those support would try to share). The machine does not regulate temperature so it goes from no heat to burning product in minutes. I returned the product upon company approval and they "inspected it" for months and would always reply that they need more time to inspect. Never got my money back!

Smoking, burning, rusting, and contaminating the product. This thing has safety and quality issues.
After unboxing I had immediate concerns. Inside there is a welded ring that comes in direct contact with your raw materials. After running a test batch I found fine metal particles all throughout the product ruining the batch. On top of this, the dispensing nozzle has no temperature limiter and after 10 minutes of use, smoke started rising up from the nozzle and around the pot as you can see in the video. This machine is not safe to use.

Saves us a lot of heartache on the job, the previous one lasted a long time and it was time to replace it.
