Have to agree with some users, that it does kind of taste like cough syrup.. But my thing is, if you're buying this for a reason like injury or tendonitis, where the injury will barely heal unless you take something specific to help it along-- then I don't care how this tastes if it actually works.. I usually have a sensitive stomach to new things, but surprisingly that didn't happen with this one-- I just open it up and suck it right down, without tasting it like you would cough syrup.. So far I've taken it maybe twice a week to not over-do it, and I do notice the improvement in my leg the very next day; but I may need it more often (daily is suggested) to get more noticeable, long-term effects for tendonitis... I only wish they made it a stronger dose so this packet could be smaller; but if this does the job and fixes my tendon-- then I don't care how it tastes...

I absolutely love this stuff, as someone who has gastro paresis and has been struggling to get in enough protein daily this stuff is incredible. I typically have to take enzymes or even Betaine hcl every time I want to try to get enough protein in, but with this stuff I don’t have to do any of that. I take it first thing in the morning (something I typically never do because eating too early makes me feel sick). I have been healing from a surgery and I’ve been taking it 2 to 3 times a day but I think I’m going to still take it two times a day after I’m done healing. It says to drink it at room temperature, but in my opinion, it really tastes like crap that way, I keep it in the fridge and drink it cold - I think that it tastes fine as long as it’s cold. Kind of sweet kind of tart, but you’re not drinking very much of it anyway so it’s just not a big deal. I can’t say enough good things about this product. It has really helped me get enough protein daily without suffering or filling gross or bloated or sick. I have not tried the orange. I’ve only done the berry flavor and I will continue to just stick with that because I like it.

The flavor is a little on the sweet side but for a quick protein pick me me, this does the trick and is small enough to travel with!

Complete 17 g protein for 70kcal. 0 carbs 0 fat. You can’t beat those macros. Veteran owned and US made. I like the individual packs because you can just shove it down your throat quickly and be done. It tastes like medicinal syrup but it’s not terrible. I prefer the berry over the orange. Chase it with some water and you’re good to go. Hit your protein goals with these guys!

This is the worst tasting and the consistency was gooey is the only way to describe I’m sorry but I will not be drinking this ever again I can’t even bring myself to drink a second one and I have 27 left

Was really hopeful use this product could see a difference. However, it's full of sucralose which destroys the microbiome. I was really hoping to support this product since it's owned by a female veteran like myself, but keeping the nasty preservatives out and artificial sweeteners needs to be addressed. Industry-wide cuz the alternative I found to this product it has the issue of being full of potassium sorbate another problematic preservative that breaches the blood brain barrier. I'm going to keep on until the food industry starts to wake up cuz the consumer makes the choice at the end of the day. We don't want trash in our bodies
