Energizer E90 Alkaline Batteries, 1.5V, LR1 N Size (Pack of 4)

Yeah they were cheap, yeah they arrived in one day. But who in their right mind sells NEW batteries in a cheap yellow paper sleeve that were banged up, tossed end over end? The "best use" dates on these don't even match up. Worst of all, 2 of 4 don't even operate. Absolute junk, DO NOT BUY FROM the seller "AmazingBatteries".

These batteries do not work. My dead battery still powers my device but not this. The package came with 4 and none works.

This is super misleading. I type in C battery into the search and this pops up along with all the C batteries. Of course I don't read the detailed description because a C battery is a C battery. Well, these are not C batteries. And they are not returnable. I went back and searched again and all the others are C batteries so why does this pop up with the search? Also, they enlarge the picture so they look like C's when in fact they are very small. Super misleading.

I use four of these in my HP-41CV calculator. Alkaline batteries in this calculator usually last three or four years for my intermittent usage. These batteries from Amazon lasted less than four months. I'm guessing I received very old inventory.Will find another set locally, but at least I'll know they're probably fresher stock.

Total scam - a handful of batteries with no expiration date in a torn ziploc bag.

I bought these for an important use at work. They are tough to find so I was excited to see them and at this price point, so I bought a couple packs. I was confused when they arrived in a little shrink-wrap package that was definitely NOT from Energizer. It appears that they somehow buy these in bulk and then bundle them for resale. Given the importance of their use for me, I decided to return these and pay a little more for some factory-packaged batteries. I wish this was better described here in the description for this item. Some people are able to spend less and take a chance if not for a critical use, but I cannot.

These came in very lame bulk packaging & the Brand name on the battery is missing the trademark logo, unlike others from this same manufacturer I own. The batteries tested fresh but I have my doubts whether these are legit Energizers. Can't say for sure, next time I'll buy listings in sealed packaging, this isn't a guarantee of authenticity either but it's another big step in that direction.

Could not find this battery locally anymore. Found on Amazon for great price for 4. Reviews made me a little nervous as said expired batteries. But I receive them in timely manner and they work great. Expiration date was 4 years out so not expired. Did not come in originally packaging but that did not matter to me if they work.

The four batteries came in a single, small ziplock bag. The bag size and the way batteries were inserted prevented short circuits to happen. Small ziplock was in a another plastic bag with a label. And this one was shipped in a regular Amazon bubble envelope. Voltage was about 1.58V on each battery and this sounds like what a new battery should have. They fit in the Cozmo cubes and they are working fine. If they will last the same or more than the original batteries, only time will tell. Product description should include a picture of the batteries packaging. Prime one-day delivery was not honoured.

As advertised - good batteries.Arrived early evening on the third day instead of second!Looked for ‘N’ batteries at local Source ‘no longer available’.

Replacement for battery in the blocks that come with Cozmo robot. Worked great.
