This oil is a little more expensive than most supermarket stock, but it’s worth paying a little more for a really delicious oil. It’s a clean green gold colour, ideal for dressing and if used to make a sauce, it adds real depth of flavour.

Love the fresh taste. Won’t last long in this house.

Body, depth, serious taste and substance. Yes. There is a difference in the experience of olive oil especially when eaten with simple quality foods like good baby plum tomatoes. smoked sea salt flakes, goat cheese and thyme. just one of my favourites. When little I used to find it too tasty if that makes sense and I used to think our own olive trees weren't as good as the ones used by shops! Now I smile twice with that memory and the taste of this type of oil. I don't miss it terribly when I don't have it as extra virgin olive oil comes close to but when I do have it it is another level that lifts everything with it and makes the simple the richest experience that can be had. Following a visit to crete and learning more about low acidity olive oil this has become a product that we use regularly in our home. This was a great buy for the quality of the product will definitely buy again.

This it actually tastes like green olives and fresh, is different than normal olive oil.
