Very good a little smaller than expected otherwise satisfied with it

The cup is nicely made and clean. The reason for me ordering this cup is that I received a cup and heater set for a father's day gift. But the packing was so tight that the lid broke in half as I removed it from the container. There's a note how there's a one year warranty on the cup and heater and so I contacted the company to get a new lid. The reply that I got back was that I had to buy a new cup and lid. I ordered the replacement so that I could have a nice looking cup and lid. But the warranty is just words. I would look elsewhere for a gift.

Kind of a rip off. Why would Ikago sell a replacement mug that is smaller than the mug that comes with the digital warmer set? It is kind of puny and not nearly as functional as the original mug. It is not worth the price. The sellers who think of this strategy are just trying to rip off the customer and make more money for themselves. Come on people, get your head in the game!
