Not used yet but seems good!
My original review for this product was only 1 star but after learning it's made using SLS which is a durable and robust 3D printing technique (used in aircraft and aerospace) I decided to change it. I originally thought it cheap 3D printed plastic which is easily confused with the finishes however it's actually very durable and if it's used in aerospace applications you know it has to be good. Products made using SLS are very precise and very durable and the machines used to make them cost 10s of thousands. Metal is preferred to plastic in my opinion for durability but this is far better and more durable than any plain old 3D printed plastic so factoring in all this and the price it's actually spot on... pun intended ;). Best used for minor fret work. If it's more than a few frets you are best doing a full level however having a spot level tool is invaluable as a full level is a much bigger job and this way you are only targeting the frets that need it instead of taking of a load of material off all your frets and potentially messing up your radius or frets entirely if you haven't done it before. Remember spot leveling is like playing whac a mole, you level one fret and you then make the adjacent frets unlevel so you need to go back and forth to get them all level but in the end you will get a near perfect level. Remember too there's a tolerance to how level you need to get a fret so they don't need to be perfect to play great. Overall its a decent product so factoring in everying I've decided to change my review to 5 stars just remember it's a high quality manufacturing technique not standard plastic and you can buy with confidence.

Fret job
Saw this on mile house studio,so decided to try it . Have used it for the first time and it did the trick on the two slightly high frets.

Disappointed
£24 for a small piece of plastic and 10 equally small sanding paper pieces seems a bit steep! Also wasn’t very impressed with their video on fret edges to cure fret sprout. Seemed to ignore established practices of good lutherie i.e. maintaining pressure and angle.
