The mask really help push my workouts. Fits very snug. No issues.

I like that I can feel it working... I see progress. what I don't like is it hold a lot of sweat. I constantly have to take off and drain.

Been using this mask for three weeks during some HIIT ( high intensity interval training ) classes that are an hour long.The mask has 6 resistance levels, I am still getting use to Level 1. I sweat alot and the mask has not slipped or fallen off the face or shifted while doing workouts. It comes with a 2nd face strap/Velcro so if you need to wash one, you will always have another to interchange. It comes with a case which is a good option and helps protect while item is in your gym bag. I would definitely recommend this mask considering the price point and functionality.
