I bought this as a christmas gift for my mother. After about 2 months it stopped working and she told me the heating element went out. I messaged this company through Amazon and they replaced it for free!!! How nice!!!! It has worked great ever since and she uses it all the time! It kept all of our food warm all day for our Easter lunch and dinner! Didn’t even have to reheat the food for dinner!

This was great during a party we hosted. It is easy to clean and store, and helped us keep items our guests brought warm. I plan to use it to serve in pretty dishes instead of gawd-awful chafing dishes.

The food warmer works great at parties and family gatherings to keep food warm for hours. The temperature and timer can easily be adjusted. It is easy to clean and rolls up for easy carrying and storage. Love giving this as gift to those who like to entertain!

Where have these been all of my entertaining life?!? I have to say I was doubtful, but I needed warmers for wings and ribs and really wanted flame free consistent heat. I used full size 21”x 13” aluminum disposable pans with water and set the half pans in with wings and ribs. I covered them with foil and they worked perfectly. The large pans fit PERFECTLY on the mat. Everyone at the party was seriously impressed. When I took the half pans off the water was still piping hot in the large pan. The mats also cooled quickly for quick clean up and storage. They roll up with their cords and fit great in their included bags.

Purchased 5 for an event! They worked great to keep (WARM FOOD) warm! Just be careful with the on/off setting and heating options, as the controlls are very sensitive to touch! I wouldn't expect this product to heat most foods from a cold status! Heat your food first by other heating methods, then place on the heating mat to maintain food temperature! I purchases the dark grey and they looked great with my counter tops! It was great not having to use the chaffing dishes! I purchased the large pad, which accommodates the large aluminum pans perfectly! Or two of the smaller aluminum pans! No issues with the pads, and I look forward to using them at future events!
