Does this replace the arctic spa silver sentinel filter for 2010 spas, im a little confused about the thread type.

I am not sure about your specific Spa. I just measured my filter and compared it to the specs of this one and it all matched. Thread type wise, it appears to be either a narrow thread or a wide thread that are the options. Sorry I couldn't have been of more help

Does this fit the endless pool?

Sorry I can’t help I don’t know what an endless pool is..

I have a silhouette coast 7 hot tub and need a filter (sm757), will this fit my hot tub.

Hi Colin I have checked that serial number and it’s not showing any filter for that number sm757 are you sure this is correct serial number?

Is the make Darlly as in the picture?

Yes it is, I have made two purchase's of two now four in all, first was to make sure that they were correct and they were so, I then placed an order for two more as the price was good compered to my previous supplier and all had the Darlly label on them
