I have had this roller in an HP Laser printer for a couple months now, and it's been working great so far. Easy to install and appears to be identical to the original.

Works great and fixed the printing issues.

so far so good.. i just put this in 2 days ago but i do not see any issues.

The part came in with the side that had no gear on it broken off. Luckily the old one had a good one and i was able to get it off and put on the new one. Quality control is a must.
