I purchased it hoping to improve my skin texture, hair strength, and overall glow. I made sure to take it daily as directed and gave it plenty of time to work. After four full months, I didn’t notice any changes in my skin firmness, reduced fine lines, stronger nails, or thicker hair. There wasn’t any improvement that stood out to me at all. The product mixed fine and the taste was manageable, so I didn’t have issues with using it regularly. However, for the price and the time commitment, I expected to see at least some visible difference. Sadly, that just wasn’t my experience. Everyone’s body responds differently to supplements, but for me, this one didn’t deliver results

I got very very excited this is the second time I've tried it… Maybe I just don't notice it… Definitely the bloating is still there 100%… My skin is still the same… My energy is still the same… But maybe that's because of other things going on in my life. Because according to the commercials and ads going on everyone is thriving from it… And I want to believe I really do. It did nothing for my digestion I buy a lot of other probiotics and other products as well to help me… I love the taste.

Good product, my skin looks good but it’s not for weight loss. The only problem I have is that it takes a month to get shipped.
